I took my road bike along with spare wheel-set to get tubeless setup and also switch tires between my old and new wheel-set along with a weird sound my front wheel was making. Kent H from bike maintenance department did great job on understanding my needs and communicating on the progress. Awesome customer service….

Gotta give a special shout out though to ‘Danny’ (sp) in the shoe dept.
I went in with 1 shoe in mind and explained to Danny what I was looking for, my concerns, what I needed the shoe to do, etc. He was so patient and gave me all my options. He brought out literally 5 different pairs of shoes to try. When I was trying them on, even though he was giving the other patrons 💯 of his attention (yes! I could tell) , he would periodically check to see how I was doing. I haven’t felt this good about a purchase! Thank you Danny (sp) - the world needs more of you

The guys at the Snowboard shop were super helpful and super friendly. They had my boarded waxed and tuned in less than 36 hours. Im an epic pass holder and still went with paying for it. Will be going back.

Kent and “J Beans” in the bike department were particularly impressive, not only in their knowledge, but also their willingness to research specs of my bike and different types of kids bike seats. Thank you!

I’ve been going here for several years. I prefer this location to any other in Denver. This store usually carries most of the same things as the flagship store downtown but it’s a lot easier to shop at. It’s not usually nearly as crowded as the flagship store. Sometimes it’s hard to find a staff member for help and the shoe section usually is pretty busy. That’s true of the other locations too.

This location is always helpful and knowledgeable.
They pretty much have everything for all of our needs while out in the rockies!
Picked up some new hiking books and they were happy to help and stick around untill our decision was complete.
Picked up some extra goodies on the way out.

Took my bike in to get it fixed up from sitting in a garage for a few years. Surprisingly it was in okay shape but Mark took the time to properly educate me me on care for the bike and it was even for a fantastic price of free cause of my membership. Highly recommend the guys and gals at this location, very chill and professional. Perfect Colorado vibes.

This REI was pretty easy to get to, tons of parking and pretty friendly staff. Large selection of bikes, bags and gear. Quite a few snowboard and skiing options as well.

As always, I was treated like a valued customer and surrounded by like minded individuals. I bought some beanies and a pair of pants. I was mostly impressed with Angie's product knowledge,cutomer service and willingness to help. I will definitely go back.

Bob put up with me and my questions for the better part of an hour. Fitting me for a pack, we tried and fitted on a few, even added weight. He walked me through every aspect of the pack. We covered hydration needs, sleeping pads, sleeping bags, tents, ground cloth. He is a fountain of information and I could not ask a question he didn't have an answer too. Everyone I encountered were helpful and ready to assist. I wasn't overwhelmed. If I had wished to be left to my own devices I could have. I'm excited to go back!

It was an excellent experience at REI Greenwood Village! I needed help with my first purchase of a Day Hike backpack! I'm beyond thrilled to have Andrew help, educate and guide me through my choices! I’m a visitor - also an Rei member. I was visiting Denver and shopping for Ashoka shoe for my sister. My experience at the Greenwood Village REI was excellent. Great customer service. And most importantly, the best shoe salesman. He made us feel like a million bucks. A very helpful REI salesman Cody helped us so much - a full marks for him. He went out of his way giving us all the options and in a time when he was attending to a million people. Thanks REI and thanks Cody

Who doesn't love REI? Great store for everying outdoor!

Been to this location a few dozen times now and only once did I have a less than stellar experience meandering around waiting for help in one section. Other than that I've had nothing but pleasant interactions and helpful employees each time I'm there, even when they can be sometimes overwhelmed. Check for sales and outlet items and make sure to sign up for the rewards program, you'll get something like 10% back each year on full priced items which can really add up if you buy outdoor gear a lot.

Oliver was absolutely amazing. We came in to buy a baby backpack and he saw us immediately come in, helped us from the very get go and was able to help us set up and try on 3 different baby carriers. He was chatty and friendly and knowledgeable. He also helped us in other roasts of the store as we wandered round. Thanks a ton Oliver
