First time having Mark and his team work on the Mini I bought my daughter and had a wonderful experience. I'm new to Mini's and heard great things about Z Sport, so I decided to give them a try. Mark found that the previous owner had tried to cover up some issues, some costly repairs were required, he helped me prioritize what needed to be resolved first, and what we could put off for a future visit. I appreciate how respectful he was and completely understood that I just purchased this vehicle, and he fixed everything that was required cheaper than originally quoted. If you have a European vehicle and live in Snohomish County, I highly recommend Z Sport.

This shop is amazing! It took me a long time to find an fair, ethical, knowledgeable and professional mechanic shop to maintain my Mini. It's hard to find these qualities out there these days, but these guys are incredible, and have my trust. Mark Gwyn is my contact, and he's top notch! If you love your Mini/BMW, the way I love mine, then you want the best for your ride. Mark and the other Z Sport Euro guys are THE BEST in our area!

I had my Audi A3 towed to Z Sport based on the reviews I read. They got my car in, looked at it, diagnosed the issue and back to me within 1 day. Absolutely amazing professionals, very good at what they do, with fair pricing. Their staff is friendly as well, and honest and upfront with the issues with the car, suggesting reasonable fixes and alternatives when necessary.

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They took care of my Range Rover when I had it and they’re taking amazing care of my Porsche now. They’re honest about what needs to be done, let you know why or by when, and then let you make the call. Side note, my seat is always in the same position I left it when they’re done with any service (not always the case with other shops). Mark and his team are great people to work with. This shop is an absolute gem for any European car owners.

Excellent service from a professional shop! I was passing through with my family and we had a suspension issue with our BMW X5. I’ve been a BMW owner for several years and could tell when I pulled up that this was going to be a good shop. Mark went above and beyond to work us in and make the repair at a fair price. If I lived in the area these guys would be my number one mechanic for sure. I highly recommend Z Sport- these are good solid people!

What a fantastic facility. While I had great service and my BMW serviced I witnessed a broke down flat tire traveler in front of the store get help from the employees to offer a large Jack , clean bathroom and coffee. As busy as this these guys are I still travel from federal way because they are the best.

The only place that is worthy to work on my car! I trust these guys more than the dealership! Very honest and thorough. Great customer service and these days you don't see many businesses that care about their customers, they all seem to just want your money and do as little as possible.

Mark was awesome in helping me today with not only a great demeanor and customer service but their team is transparent, fast, and efficient at a reasonable cost. They replaced a radiator hose that blew in my BMW in just hours. I highly recommend this shop if you need foreign/European auto repairs!

I have have taken my 2004 BMW X5 to three different european car shops here "locally" in just the last few years. Z Sport is by far the most comprehensive! To start they diagnosed all of the problems my car had in only one hour. Not just reading codes, this included a full smoke vacuum test, checking my power train transfer case. They did a bunch of tests I don't even remember all of the things they told me they looked over but it was a lot. I have to tell you when I drove up my car was literally sputtering and dieing, not really drivable (I limped it in). I use to work on cars quite a bit and I know it can be expensive to repair a car that can hardly run. As you probably know all modern cars use data from many sensor to run smoothly and properly. I pulled the codes on my X5 and it was miss firing on all six cylinders, it had a bunch of evaporation codes and some others things. With in about 30 minutes after dropping my car off they found a vacuum leak and called me and asked if they could fix it and of course I said yes. I knew it was there so I was not shocked. Then they figured out the DISA valve needed to be fixed. I thought that might have been the problem with my rough idle at low RPM. They put a brand new DISA in and sure enough it fixed the problem. My car smelled like gas and I did not know why. They fixed that problem too. Long story short they fixed everything that was throwing codes on my car. It now drives so smooth and it is supper quite. It's just amazing and now has a lot more low end torque. They had to drill out some stripped out bolts that were on my car and I was missing some clips here and there. I know they were stripped because I stripped them out myself. They fixed all of this I have no more check engine light on any more. All of this work was very well priced. I only paid for what I needed to get done. A++++
