I had such a great experience. Came in and had issues. Savvy followed up and I came in a few days later and got a new upgrade!! She was so nice and so informative helped me set up everything! I’m so glad I came when I did ! Thank you so much!

I visited this location today to transfer everything from mine and my husbands old phones to their new ones. The service, dedication and patience to ensure that the transfers went through successfully was the best experience I’ve ever had. Our new phones encountered many updates and setbacks with transferring to the new phone. Our rep did everything he could to get the new phones set up successfully and everything that we needed transferred over. They were researching and troubleshooting non-stop to make sure everything was done correctly. I can’t thank them enough for helping us today. Came in for an upgrade for my son’s phone. CJ and Savvy were very friendly and helped us find the right deals and were very patient with us. Store is pet friendly too.

Getting a new phone downtown Everett ATT Wireless store was made seamless, I didn’t loose any information,
It was so easy I m also getting a new phone for the wife as well .

I had to go in for work and switch out my boss’s phone. Yolanda and Coy were both extremely helpful. I saw about two other customers come in and they were helped fast and efficiently. My situation was a bit more difficult but still done with ease. I will definitely come back to this store. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customer service. I came in for a billing issue I was having, right away a member of AT&T by the name of Coy helped me out. Very friendly guy, great attitude. I also was helped by Yolanda also a very friendly lady. All of my questions and concerns were answered.

My wife and i came in with our chaotic child and the wonderful team of Fahad, Coy, and Yolanda took care of us and got us in new phones quick and painlessly. From Fahad and Coy's patience with dealing with our two year old to Yolanda going all the way to another store to grab a phone for us. I also witnessed this team help out countless people during a network outtage. Great customer service from this store.

I upgraded my phone and had the pleasure of working with Carlos! He was super patient with me and explained everything thoroughly and concisely throughout the process. Some people just try to sell you things you don’t need, but Carlos made me feel comfortable and I’m super grateful for that!
