Cozy Coffee & Bistro

I just moved to the neighborhood and spotted this cute little coffee shop. I finally had time to stop by today. Cozy little vibe inside. Super friendly staff. I bought some locally sourced honey. It is DELICIOUS! I also had the turkey pesto flatbread sandwich. So much food!! I definitely could have saved half for later but it was so good I ate it all! Came with chips, a pickle and a package of chocolate chip cookies. Freshly brewed iced tea too!! I will definitely be back for more.

A cool little coffee spot with the friendliest staff ever. There’s a patio, a drive through, and an indoor area. The menu has the classics and some interesting seasonal drinks.

Fast coffee, friendly staff, good prices, tasty breakfasts, and you definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

The service was fast and friendly. The espresso for my Americano and my friend’s latte was very good. I gave only four stars on the atmosphere, because I found it to be a little crowded and only half of the seating was in a low chair. For me, it’s hard to sit in the high chairs for very long.

Great coffee, delightful inside area that is surprisingly spacious. Friendly and efficient staff. The outdoor seating area is pleasant although it is unavoidably between the two lanes for drive-up customers. Great for a group.

This place is absolutely amazing! Two drive throughs, plus inside seating. Beer & wine . Nice and relaxing. 🥰👍

I enjoy stopping here for a quick working session. The quinoa bowl with chicken and pineapple is amazingly delicious... Never expected that from a coffee shop! They make their own cold brew that I enjoy; it's smooth and bold. It can get a bit crowded inside sometimes so it can be loud; it's a small place. Everyone is friendly.

Had brunch by myself. Though it's small and busy, the vibe is peaceful. Loved the wooden baskets they serve the food in 😊💓

We happened to be in the valley and stopped by cause it looked like a cute place. My husband and I want to drive 30min back to have coffee there again! It was so good.

These girls are the best. I rarely go anywhere else but when I do I wish I was at Cozy's. May have starved to death without their breakfast burritos after work. <3

Second time here, six star review but wait...there’s more! Best puppichino platinum in the Spokane Valley. But wait...they also support FD and PD. Customer for life.

I’ve got to say, I love this place! I don’t write reviews often, but my experience today warranted one. We’re in town visiting family and had a great experience at the store! The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our requests and I’m super high maintenance. I had lovely tea we don’t have on the East Coast. My husband had some fancy coffee that was beautifully prepared and we split two pastries. YUM! As someone who does not live in the area, it was apparent that the owner and staff wanted to create an excellent experience for their customers. It sounds like they are working on some great ideas to improve the customer experience, which is super hard for a small business owner during a pandemic. Just staying open to serve the community says they care. Remember to give your local businesses love, support and grace during a crazy time in the world. Everyone is doing the best they can! We can’t wait to come back to the shop and grab another sip and snack when we’re in the area! Here’s to an excellent 2021 for the whole Cozy Coffee Crew!

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to interact with the owner, Lisa, and after meeting her, you can just feel how much she cares about her employees, the quality of the food and drinks and their clients.

Rolling through the coffee shop on my way to work is one of the favorite parts of my day!

We've been here several times, discovered by accident. Now we go out of our way to get some coffee and breakfast here once a week!! Great service and all :)

My absolute FAVORITE coffee stand! Love coming through this stand! My coffee is always PERFECT and the girls are all always so sweet and try to make conversation which a lot of girls at other stand don’t and I love it!! Definitely recommend this stand over Starbucks, Dutch bros, etc!

This is my favorite coffee spot. The girls are always super sweet and they nail my coffee EVERY time. On the rare occasion I have to go somewhere else to get coffee, I won't order my usual because I know it won't even come close to being as good as they make it here. 🤣💝
