The nurses here give unparalleled care. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and have a way of making the office feel friendly and comforting. These men and women make my hard diagnosis and treatments something that I actually look forward to, by some miracle. They have improved my quality of life so much over the years I've received treatments here. ❤❤❤

Absolutely the best patient care in the area! I've received infusion treatments at both the old and new locations during their relocation period and everyone was very attentive and professional. The staff (Jessica at front desk-hope I got your name correct, Monica, Angie and Shannon are who I've had contact with)and they are all warm and compassionate and clearly love their careers and where they work. I've never met the Director, Josh, but all of the staff speak highly of him & he has REALLY done an outstanding job with the new facility. 5 stars is not enough... Providence Infusion has managed to maintain pride & integrity in providing EXCELLENT patient care, especially during this difficult pandemic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

In almost a decade of managing my multiple sclerosis with infusion therapies, the recent treatment that I received at Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services was, without a doubt, the best infusion experience I've ever had. Both the nurse and the medical assistant who treated me were friendly and competent. My veins can be a bit difficult to work with, but this was the easiest and fastest IV access/setting I've had. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing infusion services in the Spokane area.

The work this ministry does in the community is second to none. They treat people like they actually care and practice the mission/values everyday!

I place my sons feeding supply once a month. The lady is so on top of it that we can do the whole call in under 3 mins. His order is always delivered quickly and when weve had issue with delivery, not providence, it was handled incredibly quick

I've had the best experience dealing with Providence Infusion and highly recommend them to everyone. From Candace who answers the phone, to Nurse Amber and Nick and Breana in Supply. My first dealing, I was trying to locate an infusion pump and called Providence at 5 minutes to closing on a Friday (yes I felt like a jerk). Not once did anyone make me feel like an inconvenience and stayed on the phone for 15 minutes answering all of my questions. I've been with them since May for infusion services and now for tube feeding and they are so amazing and nice. All my services will always be with Providence Infusion.

They used to be very reliable. Not sure what has happened, but they keep making mistakes, which has made it very difficult to trust and rely on their service.

I do not like the way this company makes the this company mandates what you can and cannot do. When their Nurses are so Protected with Vaccinations and wear protective gear, they still take away your rights by mandating the wearing of a mask in your own home. Some nurses are nice and some are flat out nots I have had nurses come in not being oriented to me or my home and knowing very little about my type of infusion. Again I say if this vaccine is so good why have all my nurses came drown with the disease and come to my home not knowing that they are positive and expose my family, yet we don’t get sick before they even re-instated last week of making me wear a mask in my own home to protect me, and my port. I have been getting these twice a week since 2015 and never been made to wear a mask. Totally messed up! I do not recommend them. No wonder their nurse turn over, and shortage is so high
