I am a long distance truck driver. I'm stuck on the road. I had to replace the truck's batteries. The manager of this seller also came and helped me. They renewed my truck's batteries at an affordable price and with good workmanship. Thank you very much. The team is expert and helpful.

These guys are the best. Super knowledgeable, friendly and they got great power. Repowered my old classic 1974 BMW 2002. Uncommon battery size but they had just what I needed. I’ll be back when It’s time to get new boat batteries.

Fabricated custom quick connect battery cables with extra gadgets and a quick connect battery pigtail. Required a process that the employee was understanding and patient. Came together perfect.

This is a great place with very helpful staff. Our company is right next door and these folks always been over backwards to help us out anyway they can. They help us with innovative and cheaper ways to help power what we need, even come to our shop and test batteries, and look at some of the designs of our equipment to see how we might be able to do things cheaper or more efficient. This is customer service the way it should be the way it used to be. If they don't have what you're looking for they don't hesitate to try to find it. For all your power needs from your car to even flashlights they'll help you figure out what it is that you need.

Went in to have my generator battery checked and found out it was bad. Sam from Everett was so great to work with. He helped me buy a new one and also was very patient with me in explaining how to trickle charge it to keep it charged. I would highly recommend pacific battery in Everett.

During my most recent visit to the Everett store, Lexie's patience, knowledge, and professional assistance help solve several challenges I had with getting my truck and camper ready for a winter ski trip. She even took the time to actually go outside and look at my setup, then find the right parts I needed.

I was at the Gateway surgical center for my husband having shoulder surgery. While he was in surgery. I discovered that my car battery was totally gone. Jumping battery could not get it started. Across the street from surgical center is Pacific Batteries. I called and got a very nice young man ( Conner). He looked up and located a new battery for me. Then went out of his way to find me and install my new battery. I was in a panic on what to do before talking with him.. Conner really helped me out of a jam. The service, kindness and thought fullness was truly appreciated !! This customer service and helpfulness will never be forgotten. Pacific Power Batteries will always be a 4 star company in book. I've purchased large 4D batteries for my boat twice, and the staff and owner have been amazingly polite and helpful, they sold me what I needed for a great price. They had what I needed in stock, helped me with general advice on battery care, and were open on Sunday for me to pick up my purchase. Can't beat that !!

Sam and Dennis were a HUGE help!!! Got me in and out within 20 minutes! 🥰
