Arby's

We like Arby's. We like THIS Arby's. Most of the food that we have tried (over many years) is pretty good. The prices are reasonable for what you get (whatever "reasonable" means -- better than most?), ESPECIALLY when they offer "2 for $6." The interior decor, with the minor exception of a few scrapes and scratches on some of the wood, is actually bordering on elegant, somewhat like an old-fashioned pub (no beer here, though). I would dread it if they EVER decided to "upgrade" to a more modern (industrialized) look rather than their current comforting look.

We don't eat out often, but each time we do come here for lunch, the staff/crew are exceptionally helpful and courteous.

Because we like fish, and wish they had fish sandwiches year-round (barring depleting the ocean) instead of just before a religious holiday each year, we'll get them when we can get them. Recently, we tried fish sandwiches at multiple "fast food" locations, and in our opinion (our taste buds say), Arby's was best by far -- best taste, best texture, BEST price. For years, the choice was from a place with a large "golden arch," but I don't eat ANYTHING there these days. I don't care for so much industrialization and automation, or absurdly high prices (for smaller portions?).

ONE BIG TIP if you choose the Arby's fish sandwich: Do NOT get the one with "cheese!" It is not cheese. It is a runny, yellow approximation of cheese (whiz?) and is both tasteless AND super messy. A slice of good old "American" cheese would have been better (that's not cheese, either, but LOOKS like cheese and doesn't run down to your elbows).

I love the service here, the Jalapeño Poppers are my absolute favorite here and the manager is a wonderful person! I chatted with him about vintage cars one time it was was just a amazing experience. The atmosphere is always so nice and the building inside itself has such a nice feeling walking in!

This is the best Arby's in the Spokane area! Their beef and cheddars actually have a good amount of cheese sauce...seems like the other Arby's around Spokane are very skimpy. The lobby was clean, the staff were friendly and the food came out hot and fresh. I did a pickup order and it was ready exactly at the time I requested.

I ordered a milkshake from the happy hour menu, 2p.m. to 5 p.m.,was told it was a 16 oz. milkshake, the shake was very good 👍 but just for fun after finishing it, rinse out cup n poured a 12 oz soda in the cup, which filled it completely! And it was the manager that took my order 😒, said it was 16 oz, then he made it in a 12 Oz cup 🥤 knowing that he was shorting me 25% of the milkshake I paid for, so watch your drinks

I used the drive thru. Always amazing food. I like to get a few sandwiches and throw them in the freezer. I just pull out one at a time. They freeze really well. The fries were better than I have ever had there before. They were actually curly! Not hard little pieces, which seems to be the case for the most part.

I love the food here, the service could have been better, and the wait wasn't desirable, but it was also busy when I came in so I don't hold that against the employee at the counter.

I would recommend Arby's any day of the week, for almost any occasion, amazing for lunch and dinner.

First time eating inside the restaurant , my daughters and i visited the Francis location on a Sunday afternoon , cool staff and the interior is fancy looking compared to other fast food joints ,I'll be coming here more often !!!

The food was great! The manager was really nice and took our coupons no problem. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.

Great food, always at Arby’s! But the customer service was amazing! 2 guys helping behind the counter were kind, helpful, and great at their jobs!!!

We probably go here once a week and spend about $45. That's a lot for a single mom with 3 teens, but it's usually worth it. This time, I was very disappointed by the rude girl at the drive-thru. She acted like it was a bother to do her job. After she handed our food, I asked for Arbys sauce and a drink holder for our 4 shakes. When she handed the shakes, I politely asked if they were in fact Jamocha because they were very light in color, and she closed the window while I was speaking to her and then stood there staring at me. I was shocked because they are normally SUPER friendly. Maybe some training in customer service, and an understanding of no customers, no job would help her.

WHY IS THIS PLACE SO FANCY LOOKING?? Nice chill music too! (Think classic Weather channel) Gotta take my wife on a date here lol! I'd only been through the drive thru before (good experiences with that too.) Good, cheap food. Friendly service. How Arby's got a reputation as a meme about being somewhere nobody eats I will never understand.

This place is a unique restaurant. Just for the fact that it has a live tree growing inside of it. It's got great seating as well.

What a beautiful restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised at the interior. A throwback of sorts. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. Nice to receive a senior discount, too. I have lived in Spokane for decades, but never dropped in. However, I am looking forward to returning! The best!

Stopped here today for a late lunch sandwich. The food was as usual, good and fast. But the bonus today was the man who waited on me. His name was Nicolas. He was pleasant and very friendly. His name tag said he was the trainer. If he passes on his great customer service skills to all he trains then this will be the best fast food restaurant for customer service in Spokane. I need arby’s. (this arbys is amazing 10/10,) I’m licking the screen thinking about arbys…… I need arbys. I only think about arbys. This arbys though… arbys on north division. It was so good. That’s all I need, all my illness will be gone. I love arbys. It’s so clean….. all the time. I can’t wait to dirty up this arbys from how good the food is;)

Very nice atmosphere and the workers were polite and professional... whoever did the hiring picked good workers, something hard to find these days.

Food was great. Mac n cheese bits were delicious.

We had 4 adults and 3 kids and paid $30 total! Such good prices on delicious food. The dine in restaurant area is clean and the employees were all very friendly and quick!

I especially love how the manager/owner and staff at this location have such a great repore! It's a great positive vibe & I actually prefer eating inside at this particular Arby's because of the fun positive feel I get every time I go here!!!
