Glad I didn’t look at the other reviews because I was very happy and impressed. Diagnostics took the most time and I was impressed with how hard they worked to figure out the problem- no AC and the heat was ridiculous.

Called last summer to schedule an appointment. Never returned my call. Called a few other times during business hours, only got voice-mail.

Very unprofessional, failed to show up and then attempted to gouge me with ridiculous prices. Blamed me for them not showing up. Very angry, condescending and ignorant. I ended up fixing the problem myself for 1/2 of what they wanted as just a charge to show up. Would not recommend to anyone.
