Jack in the Box

Made an online order and they were out of the mini churros but the gal working the drive through just upgraded our milkshake size and gave us a molten cake to make up for it,she was very nice and did her best to make up for the inconvenience so thanks to that lady even though we still want some mini churros! Much better service and attention/attitude than the one downtown on third

It was a late night for my family and I coming back from a concert… Charles greeted us exceptionally well and had good humor. Dakota helped finish our order with fresh HOT fries and Charles made a mean and tasty chocolate shake! All that to say.. GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SUPER GREAT ATTITUDES. Despite the location… I’m very pleased with them, I came in and stood there for prob 10 minutes before someone asked me if I had been helped. I wasn’t irritated or anything and I said “no I haven’t been helped yet” and the manager in the back said “I’m gonna pay for their food” the lady that took my order was kinda rude and irritated that the manager was gonna pay for our food. But other than that. Super pleased. When we got our food it was FRESH. So we we were extra pleased. Just cause one person has a bad experience doesn’t automatically mean the place is garbage. Yes the location is. But the food itself is fine.

I've been coming here for a long time (early 2000's). I always look forward to seeing Carl. He is super funny. Not sure if he still works at this location or not but we always looked forward to seeing him. My experience tonight was very unpleasant. On 10/26 approx 8:43pm I took my daughter to the drive through to get her a treat. She does ballet and usually her mom rewards her afterwards. All my daughter wanted was a small chocolate shake. She wanted Mcdonalds at first but their machine was down for the night (shocker) =). So we stopped next door to this Jack in the box location instead. I asked kindly at the box if their ice cream machine was working and the gentleman on the mic said "no". I mentioned "I wouldn't mind waiting, how long will it take?"They said "about 20mins". My young daughter was willing to wait and I really wanted to deliver and get her the treat she deserves so I said "no worries I'll be back". Keep in mind there is no one in line at all. No need to rush and provide me with inaccurate information. I pull back around at 9:03 and said "I'm back is your ice cream machine working?" the gentleman said " no sorry it'll be another 15min". At this point I realized this wasn't going to happen so I apologized to my daughter and continued to order myself a couple things since we are already waiting in line. We proceeded to wait around 20+min in line behind only three cars. I told my daughter "well it looks like we are getting a shake after all". I pull up and was kindly greeted by Dakota. She confirmed my order and I asked her if their ice cream machine was working? She said "no it's being cleaned and might be awhile". I asked kindly if I could please share my feedback with her manager/supervisor. She mentioned she was the supervisor on shift. I explained everything above to her and she was really apologetic and mentioned it was "only her and one other person working tonight". Apparently "three other people didn't show up for their shift". I was very kind in explaining how frustrating the whole situation was and how I did appreciate being mislead by the other individual earlier. She apologized numerous times and mentioned since I was nice and not yelling at her she could help as best she could and give me a little discount and possibly give me some ice cream for free though it would be a little runny. I mentioned the shake was for my daughter and explained our tradition. She empathized with me and told me about her kid and was able to relate to my situation. Dakota apologized again and made sure to get right to work on our order. She asked if we needed anything else at all afterwards and I just thanked her for doing everything in her power to try and make the situation right even though it seemed she was in a crummy situation. She mentioned she would tell her fellow employee who mislead me earlier so he knew what to do next time. Honestly would have given this place a 1/5 for service if it had gone another way but this location is overall awesome. Historically employed with kind individuals who provide excellent service and get you hot food in a timely manner. I know this was a one off situation. Even though We waited almost an hour at the end of the day Dakota did everything she could to make our experience better and for that I appreciated the genuine effort. I work in customer service for a living and felt Dakota did a great job handling the situation. I hope Dakota is working the next time we visit. I never leave reviews and most of the time I feel people, myself included, are more likely to leave a review for poor service more often than for great service. I felt Dakota needed some props so I just had to share my experience. Thank you for your time <3.

Just stopped to get a cpl cheeseburgers, and everything was fine, and still the best milkshakes in the area, they own that !

The ultimate cheese burger on sour dough bread it’s fricken delicious and yes I eat two cause it’s a life changing experience

It's as good as it gets for fast food. Nothing spectacular. Clean and there are locks on restrooms so only paying customers can use them. We appreciate Carl, who takes our order in the drive thru. He's always very friendly.

I work graveyards and came here at 2am to eat. The night crew people at this location are probably the coolest employees I've come across in a long time. They were in their zone, getting stuff done, being funny and just making the best out of their situation. It was kind of hectic, I was impressed.

The lady at the drive thru was lovely. Came by after a night shift at 3am and couldn't be happier.

Got a double smashed bacon burger and a jumbo jack! Delicious!

Took Mom in this morning for a bite to eat and a coffee and there was a intimidating man out in the parking lot doing pushups with his shirt off yelling obscenely and the JIB employee Artie working the lot tidying things up a bit made it feel not so intimidating and just his presence and courtesy kinda made the guy move down to the next block and made it where mom ain't so scared to visit DT Jacks next time by herself

This is hands down my favorite jack in the box in Spokane! I go here all the time! I just visited here tonight and even though they were short staffed they were so friendly and helpful! I accidentally ripped the bag as I was grabbing through the drive through window and they were so polite and remade my food super quickly and with a smile. I didn’t catch anyone’s names but the guy working with a pony tale and a beard was the nicest and made my night so much better and the cook was also super sweet! I personally believe both of them deserve a huge praise from their manager immediately! I will definitely continue to visit this location because of them!

It's a fast food joint.... Nothing special other than the very polite service!
I used the drive thru and the lady working the window saw I had my dog with me.... She handed out some dog treats for her! Thought that was a wonderful touch.

Such good customer service. Manager on duty and staff at the window Went over and beyond to accommodate us when we ordered a shake in the machine was not ready. Thank you so much for your kindness! Definitely our number one choice for Jack in the box location.

The employees are great. 5star. Their food well we will not return, to much grease and lack of taste otherwise. I had only one bite my wife had one snd spit the other out. If you like it then by all means enjoy for that is the reason you have taste buds in your mouth. Again the people very polite, pleasant, courteous very efficient.

Still friendly 🌻 Everyone is friendly. Hard to do behind both a mask & plexiglass, so its appreciated all the more.

Staff was good, price was good, food was hot and good

Food came quick, it was nice and warm, very yummy. Erica and Jessica had great customer service, were super nice and helped everybody else within a timely manner.

A group of friends and I came in and ordered 20 burgers. While that's something I normally don't do, it was for a good cause to feed some people in need. I just wanted to thank the team working. The burgers came out great, and I saw how hard they were working to complete the order. They were really polite and awesome dealing with such a large order.

Always better than McDonald's thanks for having me and my two favorite ladies my wife and daughter 💕 to lunch today .
