It's got everything a commercial gym wouldn't! Gear for every type of lifter; Power lifter, strongman, CrossFit, etc!
The owner Is easy to reach and very friendly.

Hands down the best gym in Farmington! Key car access, can open bay doors, and everyone here is friendly and gain focused

10/10 a must, if you're not training here I suggest getting a day pass and checking it out
*Owner Paul is still adding equipment every chance he gets

Met for a day pass. Talked to Paul the day before I came in. Met at 7am on a Saturday. He was early and played good music. Just what I needed for a touch and go with excellent hours. I would go here if I lived in town.

American Strength and Fitness is an incredibly supportive gym and provides an atmosphere unlike any other in the area. Would recommend to anyone!
