Beautiful area. You can go swimming, paddle boarding or just walk on the beach. Water is nice and refreshing. Not many people here, brought my dog and she ran around freely.

Dogs on leashes, kids in life jackets, sand castle toys, sunscreen & bug repellant will improve your time here. Lots of alcoves which divide the shoreline into nice private-ish beaches. Good bathrooms & great parking & easy garbage disposal access. Perfect place for paddle boarding. Bring the brats after 9am or be prepared for cold swimming! It gets breezy-windy but not unpleasantly so. Highly recommend.
