The best. From weekly food specials to seasonal cocktails to their gumbo the menu never disappoints. The staff is friendly and professional and the atmosphere is upscale but comfortably so.

Outstanding! I took my out of town friend here to give her a Pullman dining experience, and she was so impressed! As always, I love the Cougar Gold Mac n cheese and steak sandwich! She was in love with her burger!

Excellent experience. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and the build your own Bloody Mary buffet was fun!

Very cute restaurant! Came here for dinner and was thrilled with the gluten free options they had and really enjoyed the burger and soup I had! My husband loved the prime rib dip. Our server Jordan was very attentive and so friendly!

We always forget about this hidden gem within our small town. The perfect atmosphere for date night, visiting with friends, or bringing the girls down for a glass of wine. Delicious food, great service, and a pretty great drink menu.

The food was phenomenal, catfish Po-boy in the PNW? Yep, spicy and delectable, Cougar Gold Lobster Mac, seriously so delicious. Soup of the day, tortilla was one of the best I've had! Winter 75 cocktail fun, fancy and good. Pretty place anticipate some stairs but some seating main floor. Good parking. Waiter was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Strongly recommend!

This place is one of my favorite places in Pullman. The Lobster Mac and Cheese is my go-to. The specialty drinks are amazing. It has a rustic atmosphere that I love. If you can go in the late spring, summer, or early fall and can get outdoor seating it's even better.

I was happy when I worked at Birch and Barley and last Saturday I was happy to eat my first delicious steak there. Their chocolate stout cake is amazing! And Oaxacan sunset so warm and taste like fall))) thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

The food was amazing and they had a very nice range of options! Also, our waitress was amazing and would ensure to check up on us just enough that we didn't feel like she was constantly around, nor did we have to wave her down. It's all in all an amazing place and will definitely go back.

Just a nice restaurant with excellent servers. The food was good, our server was super bubbly, it was just a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for excellent classic American food, this is your place. And don't let "American food" fool you, this place serves the best of the best of classic comfort food: perfect cocktails, pasta, steak, chicken dishes, soups to comfort your soul... This place has a little bit of everything for everyone. On top of that, the staff is some of the best I have interacted with in a very long time. They're honest and kind and genuine. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My second visit to this location. Both times have been fantastic. The service was amazing my cup never went dry. The food was well prepared a very tasty.

Arguably the best place to eat in the palouse area. They come up with weekly specials that never disappoint, but the combo Ettoufé is an all-time favorite. Always great food and a great experience. Lucky to have this place and people in our hometown!

Great food and really nice beer selection. We had a group of 4 that went in before the Wazzu- Washington mbb game and had a fantastic experience. The food was really good and the service was just as good, if not better. Loved the pretzel appetizer and my shrimp po boy. Nice pricing at happy hour. Highly recommend and look forward to going back again.

The B & B is Awesome 😎😎😎 Great place to grab a beer (possibly join their Beer Brigade-you won't be disappointed) & some Delicious food. Lastly don't forget to ask about their desserts. Their Guinness Chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream really hits the spot 🤤🤤 What are you waiting for?? Birch is the place to be👍

I love this restaurant. It's super close to the airport. The service was great and the staff was so friendly. I had the grilled salmon salad. My salmon was cooked perfectly. The dressing added great flavor. This dish was absolutely amazing and would recommend it over and over. The restaurant was not bad priced and the quality and portion size was good.

This was the best food we had on our 3 day trip in the area. Everything we had was great. My daughter had been before and enjoyed an item off of the dinner menu then. The staff were more than willing to let her order this visit during lunch time
