My experience here is almost always positive. Good tea, good boba (chewey and not "hard" or like gelatin), and I particularly like the popcorn chicken. I am not a big fan of hot pots generally, so I cannot speak about those because I do not get them here.

Love the bubble tea here. fried rice, dumplings and popcorn chicken are the best here. Very affordable fast food around town. Be sure to mention the spice level. 2 to 3 spice level is quite spicy.

They have Chinese Hotpot and can control the spiciness. They also good milk tea. They do delivery by adding fee (but need to order before 4)

I loved my Thai milk Boba!! And I tried the milk buns (fried) and custard bun (steamed) both were delicious. The milk buns were my favorite of the two. Friendly and helpful service.

The staff was great. When we went in there was no one and thought we had plenty of time, but shortly after there was a line. Drinks were great. My son loved the shrimp and fries also. They clear out the line fast if you know what you want.

they only serve takeout food right now, but you can still eat inside which is perfect!

Really good boba & I love the popcorn chicken meal with seaweed salad. The people who work there are also really sweet. Great place & I love to go there with my family, amazing & fun atmosphere.

I love coming here! They have the friendliest and most understanding group of staff I've seen in Pullman. One girl in particular ( I think her name was Caitlin) was extremely personable and understanding. I was wanting to get a hotpot where we sit down at the tables and are served in cast iron bowls but she informed me that they are only doing take out orders. I was very upset but after she immediately offered a refund and her deepest apologies, I couldn't remain mad!

Decent place for a quick snack, and i like their hot pot. You can choose your own seats and the staff is competent and friendly.

I go here a few times a month and it’s always really good. Sometimes the texture of the boba varies, and once they’ve run out of boba. But overall, it’s a great spot with a lot of great milk tea flavors. Highly suggest the rose milk tea!

The college cashiers are super nice. Boba drinks hit the spot as always. Please everyone try the sesame red bean balls. They came out a little crispy/hard than I would like but it's super good if you have never had it

POPO has become one of my favorite little cafe style shops in Pullman! Despite not being the BEST quality in terms of food and drinks and everything, it's yummy and easy for college students to work and eat. They have foods I've never tried before and it has a lovely environment. Definitely worth a shot, if the hours work for you!

The bubble tea is always delicious, and the food is great for late night cravings. There's a lot of choices for customization, so it's a while before you have worked through the whole menu. The location is always clean, and the people who work here are always friendly!

Great boba place in Pullman, my favorite around the area. Sometimes the boba is a bit squishier than I like but overall a clean and nice place! They always get my order correct and listen to me if I had any concerns with my order! They are very flexible if they did get an order wrong! Customer service is very good there! I always get the hong kong tea!
