I've lived at The Grove Pullman for almost 3 years now and have loved living here for a while. The staff have always been very positive, friendly, and helpful and the maintenance crew are quick and effective. Looking into other apartments in the area it beats out them all in terms of amenities and affordability. There are a lot of apartment complexes in Pullman but having done my research into the ones around I've come up with none that are as like The Grove. The units themselves are very spacious compared to most other places and the rates for housing are reasonable. Not to mention that you get a lot of bonuses in terms of resident events and the fact that all of your basic needs are met by your rent, unlike some apartments in the area. Water, electricity, gas, and appliances like washer/dryer units are all a massive bonus as they come included in your monthly rent unlike many of the major apartment complexes in the area. I have always been up front with others about how much I enjoy living here and recommending it to people who need affordable housing with no drawbacks. On top of the resident bonuses, there are also great pluses for students like being close to two of the major bus routes onto campus and around the town of Pullman. It's not far from some of the major businesses and only takes a short drive or walk to get into the downtown Pullman area. I am glad to be a resident here and to be living here for the next year.

I have lived at the Grove for 3 years and have renewed for my 4th. I love the events they put on and the community they have created for the residents. Maintenance is quick, helpful and kind. They have low rates especially for the amenities they offer. I love that it’s pet friendly and the pool is the best in town. Overall, the Grove has been a great place to live!

Good maintenance guys, they’re very nice and helped us get a new chair couch and legs for our main couch. They also replaced the dining table for us and filter next to laundry which collects lots of dust. I’m glad to be finally in the new apartment with new furniture!

The Grove is a great place to live. It is my first apartment experience and I have had a great time here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance man is very helpful when issues arise. Overall, this place is great!

I’ve been living at the Grove since August 2022 and my experience has been very positive.
My roommates and I started with a couple issues in our apartment such as a missing couch cushion and a faulty drying machine, but the office has been helpful and understanding with our issues.
I took over a lease so I can’t vouch for how hard it is to sign on with them like some other people have had issues with. Seemed easy enough for me
Overall, I do recommend living here. There are great amenities especially for warmer weather and the main office puts on fun little events for residents.

I moved into the grove August 2022 and only had a small issue with the toilet constantly flushing. Once I reported the issue it was fixed within the first week of moving in. The amenities are super nice and accommodating. The pool, gym, tanning beds, and volleyball court are all worth living at the grove for. I would have to say it is relatively cheap with everything already being included. The staff are super friendly and always help me resolve any issues I may have. Maintenance staff are also kind and make sure to fix multiple issues you may have in your unit. Overall I really recommend living at the grove after moving out from the dorms and as an overall apartment!

I love living at the Grove! The units are really nice and I especially love the on suite bathroom and walk in closet. On top of that, I really appreciate everything the Grove community has to offer. I love the free espresso, all of the amenities, amazing office staff, and the fun weekly giveaways. I can't wait to live here for another year.

I have been living here since August 2022 and our only problem when we first moved in was that our AC/Heater in our unit was not functioning and the toilets of Bedroom B & C were clogged and dirty on our move in date. It was a disappointing view, but everything else seemed fine and the furniture and common areas were all pretty new since we moved into a 3x3U. Whenever there are problems within the apartment, maintenance is quick with resolving issues. Overall, all the staff are very warm and welcoming, I love stopping by the clubhouse and seeing their smiles. They are also very helpful with leasing matters and are happy to answer questions when needed. The Grove also hosts cool events and giveaways for the residents and the amenities are fun and resourceful for students. I will definitely be renewing my lease because compared to the other apartments, the price you pay is worth it since water and other utilities (wifi, electricity, heating) are included with a $25 allowance every month. I enjoy living here and highly recommend because the units are fully furnished and the bus stops are accessible, which is convenient for out of state students like me!

I have lived at The Grove for about a year now and have yet to have had a complaint regarding their service, attitude to tenants, and the quality of living in my apartment. I have been living in the upgraded 3x3 floor plan and it has provided me with all of my needs and wants for being a college student. The only changes I would make to my living area is a greater kitchen space. You still get enough room to cook, but it can just get a bit crowded at times with three people.

We had a wonderful experience with the staff at the Grove Pullman during our leasing process. The staff was very friendly & attentive, always available by phone to answer our questions and also excellent with follow up & returning calls as well. Not sure why all of the negative reviews regarding communications. From the time we visited the apartments for a tour to signing the lease, the team at the Grove was great to work with! Looking forward to moving in and living there!

Well, we just moved our daughter & roommate into their apartment this past weekend. The process was very organized and the Grove Staff was very friendly & energetic. Move in was a breeze, the AC and cold rooms were inviting especially during 100 degree weather. To check for cleanliness, we gave it a “white glove test” wiping some of the floors, countertops & vacuumed. There was no dirt or grime, the place was well cleaned and spotless! Apartment is very spacious with a large & inviting entry foyer, large dining/living room area, and walk-in laundry with space for misc. storage. The individual bedrooms include a large bathroom and a generous walk in closet (double the size of most closets) for a lot of storage space. Overall, the apartments are very comfortable, more space than the students knew what to do with! If anyone is looking for student apartments in Pullman, checkout the Grove. As with any housing there will be some challenges, but the staff at the Grove are very professional and with the spacious apartments and amenities, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

I’ve lived at a different place all four years of my undergrad at WSU, but I think so far the Grove has been my favorite to live at.

-The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, and they always come up with really cool community events to offer the residents and help people meet people, and the maintenance staff usually comes in a timely manner when submitting work orders. The free printing has also been really really useful to me throughout the year.
-The apartments are fully furnished and each room comes with its own bathroom. This is really helpful especially when you’re moving in from across the state or out of state, and saves a lot of space when packing. And it’s nice to have your own private bathroom. That being said, if you are hosting guests then they do have to go through someone’s room to get to a bathroom, if that matters to you.
-It’s not too far from campus, there is a bus stop right outside the complex but often times during the beginning of Fall semester I actually enjoyed walking to and from campus because The Grove was so close.

Overall it’s a really positive living experience and definitely the best in my opinion out of all the places I have rented from in Pullman!

I’ve enjoyed my time living at the grove, the amenities are nice, the staff is very helpful and kind.

Last week my garbage disposal wasn’t working and within an hour of submitting a work order a staff member arrived to service it.

Overall my time at the grove has been a pleasant experience and I would definitely live here again.

The grove apartments are the best option for living in pullman! You get to have your own walk in closet and private bathroom. The events that they put on really help make it feel like a community. The staff who work here are so kind and so helpful. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

I absolutely LOVE the grove, i’m not sure where these negative reviews are coming from. I am renewed for my third year living here and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The amenities are chefs kiss, and the front desk ladies are always so helpful and welcoming. Seriously this is the best place to live in pullman!!
