My wife and I had used a national broker to help with our home and auto insurance for many years. As the cost of living
has grown substantially we started to have concerns we might be "under insured". Our national broker didn't seem to have much interest in meeting with us to review all of our coverages. They failed to return our e-mails and calls on three occasions! Needless to say we felt it was time to find someone new to help us. We were thrilled with the help we received from Western Insurance. Western came to our home and worked diligently to review all of our coverages. Very professional, very thorough. We are very glad we found these fine folks! We strongly recommend them.

I shopped around to find a lower rate then what I was paying for auto insurance at American Family. Kevin at Western reached out to me and quickly took my details and needs for insurance. He came back with a great lower rate with increased coverage for my Audi. He is saving me about $500 a year with increased coverage over my previous carrier. I went to their office and quickly signed paperwork and that was it. Quick, easy with no fuss. Perfect for me. Kevin even gave me a tour of their new office as well. I had many other agents call and provide rates. No one was even close to Westerns quote. I would highly recommend Western to anyone wishing to save money and have great super friendly service. The level of service that Chris and Tehran have given me is unbelievable. I found myself in a new city, new apartment, and new car with no insurance. My previous insurance company was unable to provide State of Washington insurance. The first time I met her she said she is "Karen with a T" lol I never forgot that. This lady had set me up with multiple policies, changed policies and gone above and beyond for me... I would trust her with my young 😆 She is sweet, caring, reliable and after what she went through for my last policy, I told her if she was worried about her spot in heaven don't be, because she's guaranteed it!
