PeaceHealth Same Day Care at Medical Office Plaza

I wanted to share my experience under the care of nurse practitioner Ms. Leong. She was so understanding and thoughtful to every single symptom I had and addressed each one carefully and considerately. I had intense swelling of my throat, and she knew exactly how to help and my symptom has already been in wonderful relief because of her guidance. She is a great addition to the PeaceHealth staff, and I could not recommend her enough. Other staff that assisted me today were amazing as well, they communicated with me so effectively and with such kindness. Thank you!!

Peace Health Walk in Clinic is Amazing! They helped me in a medical crisis and I healed and recovered within a month! This could have been way worse for me, but thanks to their professional help, it only took a few weeks to heal!

Very short wait time. They were able to fix my wife’s cyst that had been plaguing her for at least three weeks. Great Doctor very professional. We will definitely go back there next time we have a health problem.

Wonderful experience! We called on the phone to double-check it was walk-in (it is) and to make sure they could help our situation- everyone was super polite, clear, and helpful. We read it can be a long wait so we brought books/writing to stay busy during the 2-3 hour wait in our car in the parking lot. There's was a cafe window in the hall for snacks/coffee and a restroom. The wait was incredibly worth it for the pain of our issue, life-changing relief - doctor was friendly and clear, making us feel comfortable and heard. All-round amazing team. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful experience today. My kid decided to jump off our deck swing as I was pushing her and banged her head pretty good. She’s a very energetic 2 year old so she bounced all around the waiting room, got into everything, kept running back into the back area and generally drove us all crazy; instead of getting frustrated, they gave her graham crackers and water, let her pick out some books and played peek a boo with her for around an hour. And then they bumped us up (because it was a head injury) so we didn’t even have to wait that long, for which I was so appreciative because it was a worrisome injury. Thanks for making a stressful situation as stress-free as possible!

I use the walk-in clinic quite often when I can't see my primary. I've always gotten excellent care from the doctors. I believe I've seen every single one of them throughout the years. The clinic is a great asset to our community. Thank you everyone for all the hard work you do!

Outstanding medical care. After last weeks experience with urgent care in Lynden, I was leery but in so much pain this morning, something had to be done. My regular doc couldn't get me in for weeks (I'll be changing doctors). Dr. Terry and the nurses at PeaceHealth Family Medicine & Same Day Care actually listened to me, didn't dismiss my pain, and took action to get to the bottom of it. Very caring and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome clinic and friendly staff! My kids r sick all the time and they have treated them with love and care! Including myself and my partner! Sometimes there is a long wait due to so many who are sick. But the wait is always worth it! Thanx for being so amazing to my family and keeping us as healthy!

Going to the doctor is never an enjoyable experience especially if you have Apple Care. My normal urgent care was closed today, so I came to PeaceHealth Same Day Clinic for the first time and had such a wonderful experience! The front desk staff, nurse and Dr. Hockett were all so helpful and spent the time to get to know me and educate me. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a same day/ urgent care clinic. Thank you!

The gals working today at the window are doing a great job dealing with many people disillusioned by the wait times. There is nothing they can do about it as they are understaffed. People ask them for updates about every 20 minutes and they have been very patient.

Dr. Terry is a no-BS! Pro-active professional! I contacted the highly toxic bacteria Vibriosis via an open wound on my elbow. This is the bacteria found through the eating of contaminated raw shellfish, (oysters and clams). While I did not eat any of the shellfish, I apparently did take-in some the bacteria through the cut on my elbow. My elbow and arm swelled to alarming proportions of normal so I went to my normal PeaceHealth clinic where the dr. prescribed Keflex, a popular wide spectrum antibiotic—-this was on a Friday.

By Sunday, things had gotten much worse, so I went to the Walk-in clinic and saw dr. Terry. Dr. Terry took one look at the arm and stated that the infection was “out of control” and immediately sent , me to the Emergency Room at Saint Joseph’s hospital where I received “massive” doses of I V antibiotics. I won’t go into anymore details, but just suffice it to say that if Dr. Terry had not been “pro-active” and decisive in her actions, I may well have not had the opportunity to write this review.

I had the best experience here yesterday. The staff were so friendly, competent and efficient. I saw Dr. Whitehead and he was just wonderful and helped me on the road to feeling better very quickly! Thank you so much for all the help!

Fast care compared to other walk in clinics I've been to. Staff is always prompt and friendly. Great place for same day care!

In and out in a flash. Nurses and doctors are super sweet.
