I was a kid when they built the Meridian store
The prices change with the world we live in
But love remains for patrons who shop within

Haggens has everything you need & then some. They used to be 24 hours until C19 loused things up. I'd encourage some prices for diminishment, but if you have the Ching then you will enjoy the atmosphere. I still shop there when I know that I can stretch my dollar down the road at WinCo, but that's just me: I do a lot of things like that. Strange days indeed.

Pricey but healthy food! Clean store with polite staff. Their deli is great if you are on the lookout for sliced meats or side dishes without having to cook.

We were visiting from out to down and stopped in here. What a find. Excellent selection of items, both common and out of the ordinary. Delightful pastry and deserts area. Bountiful deli with a wide variety of prepared salads and dishes. Large liquor and wine selection. Friendly staff, very helpful and cashier will use a guest card for discounts.

Laney and Jessica were absolute gems. The rest of the staff were excellent as well but they provided the most notable customer service!!

Laney did an amazing job with the kabobs and I cannot wait to try them!

When I was a child Birchbay was a yearly event in my family🌷The carnival go carts and horse rentals was cool ,but the coolist was the pier that went way out into the bay.The state park we always used it for birthdays.Clam digging was a another trip skipping Rocks and playing with sand dollars and baby crabs.What stays in my Heart the most is when my Grand parents was given a hundred acres of land any where in What I'm County my Grandma Hanowelll wanted it at birch bay my Grand father told her we can always go to the beach we are going to live in the country .They settled on the Nooksack Rd close to my Grandmother's parents the Handy's They started Hanowelll farms by my Grandfather working at other farms for Raspberry starts to start his on groves.My Grandfather died of a in grown toe nail in 1939 my Grand mother sold the farm to Darigold for 1 dollar acre so that she could fulfill my Grandfather wish's to be buried next to his parents the Hanowelll of Ferndale and that she could be buried next to my Grandfather Percy Hanowelll my Grandmother died in 1980 never remarried and I was her number one grandchild of ,52 Grandchildren and Great Grand Children ,I'm here today to get our family Traditions alive

I love their store. I love their products and selection, but man, I wish they weren't so expensive compared to other local groceries.

The "Best" Fryed 🍗🐔. I have eaten in a long time. So sorry no picture this time. Big pieces moist, fresh. Another great person behind the counter.
Also: Brussel Sprouts on the side from (cooler). Thanks Haggen, again. I actually had to stop. Before going "home" and eat two pieces. Outside.

Haggens has 4 new salads in the deli department. I tried them. And they are all great additions. One is a smokey pasta that is a bit spicy but good. Another is a super greens salad with a lemon dressing which also is good.

I usually hate going grocery shopping, but if I have to go then Haggen's is my first choice. First off, parking is never a problem. There are always clean carts and baskets available. The store itself is really clean and tidy. They have a good number of choices for whatever I need, but not so many that it's overwhelming, which makes shopping more efficient. They also have choices that are a bit more gourmet than other grocery stores. The staff is super- friendly too. The flower section is lovely to walk through. Everything from produce to meats is fresh and easy to find. The aisles are wide enough that there's always room to move.

It's probably the oldest Haggen store in Bellingham. It's smaller than other stores but has everything I've ever needed. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Dear Haggen, please stock more Rose's Grenadine Syrup. You are continuously out and I refuse to buy the Raft Grenadine, not because of the price, but because (in my opinion) its disgusting. You're still my favorite grocery store, but you're killing my dream of a good Tequila Sunrise. Thank you.

The people in all departments are great. The meat and sea food selection are top notch and the beer and wine are right there too. One of my favorite places to shop.

Exceptional store with a nice selection. We have been coming here while on vacation so we have wholesome things to eat. Really nice bakery items. Excellent tuna sandwiches. Raspberry turnovers are so very delicious. Tasty pies. Even have our favorite sunscreen and cat food. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and the best stuff that you can get.

Haggens is a good quality grocery store, and prices are a bit high, though. Plenty of parking, clerks and staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and kept well organized and stocked.

Cutest little succulents and container. $30.00. I bought one.
