Farmers Insurance - Christopher Pike

Even though I am from out of town Christopher helped me wade through all the hoops. My truck was rear-ended but needed some repairs just to keep me on the road. He helped me file my claim and get the immediate repairs done. Awesome service!

Chris Pike is the only agent I will ever use for my family's insurance. He always makes time to make sure that my questions are answered thoroughly and if he doesn't have the answer he finds it and gets back to me promptly (and I ask a lot of questions). He goes out of his way to make sure that my family and I are well, and when things are not well he goes out of his way to help. My wife is currently pregnant with our first child and when we lost power during a recent snow storm he made sure we were taken care of. I couldn't imagine ever going to anyone else for my family's security. Seriously one of the best people you will ever meet and if you are fortunate enough to get the chance to have him in your life do not miss the opportunity. I cannot recommend his services enough.

I asked numerous questions, only to receive erroneous information on every question. The most important question was, "will I be or can I be canceled" and the answer was always no. I received an email and a paper copy stating that I am canceled. I forwarded the email and never received anything back from this agency.
