Professional Piping Inc. installed a boiler unit for heating my radiant floors and the water in the house. It works great! The unit was able to combine the water boiler and the radiant floor furnace and pump all into one. It gave me so much more room in the utility area. It has been over a year since they installed the unit and its still working phenomenally! Not only do I feel like I got a great product, I also was treated kindly and respectfully. I was that annoying customer asking tons of questions and was watching as they did the whole project because I wanted to learn. I definitely will be using them in the future and would recommend Professional Piping Inc. to anyone!

Very impressed! Excellent Service and Prompt! Nate was our Plumber and was competent, professional, and very communicative in what he we doing to fix our problem. We had an emergency at our rental and needed a Plumber ASAP. We called a company that we really like, but due to other emergencies was running hours behind. Our restoration company said and after 4pm said I can have a plumber out there in about an hour hour and he was there just after 5pm and stayed there fixing the problem and getting the water turned back on. We were so grateful! The next day I had additional questions and Nate answered them promptly being patient with a plumbing explanation as my husband didn't understand from me the first time. LOL. Nate also worked through my invoice questions going above and beyond! Thank you Nate and Professional Piping!

We called Professional Piping during an emergency due to our pipes freezing during this extra cold weather. They came within 45 minutes and fixed everything. Great customer service and quality of work. They just gained a forever customer!

Highly recommend. Used them to replace a long section of natural gas piping that had leaked with new piping to all connected gas appliances. From the back office to the field techs, Professional Piping was very professional, easy to work with, and always responsive. Can't say a enough good things about the field tech, Nate, that I worked with. Professional, friendly, accommodating, easy to work with, worked with me on what I wanted all along the way, committed to doing a thorough job, ... And, important to me, they gave me an estimate that held through to the final payment, no surprises.

Fantastic experience with Professional Piping. I had them add a gas line from my house to a detached garage. The cost was very reasonable based on a few other quotes I got around town and I felt that Professional Piping was the most trustworthy and straightforward outfit to work with. Nate, the tech who did the install, was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable and even offered a few suggestions I hadn't thought of yet! He did a great job with the gas line install and even came back to add an additional valve I forgot to mention during the initial installation. I would highly recommend them for any of your residential or commercial pipe fitting needs. A+ experience all around.

Our kitchen dual sink drain has leaked intermittently over the years, which started to leak more often by the installation of a drain for our newer built in dishwasher. Nate was able to diagnose quickly AND even fix it in less than 2 hours (because he had time in his schedule). He assessed the layout and because of his knowledge, he saw a better set up that also saved us space under the cabinet. Nate was on time, respectful, courteous, and promptly fixed the problem and left the area clean.

Professional Piping did a great job installing a new gas line out to my shed. They did the work for a fair price and worked quickly to meet my schedule needs. The service was professional and friendly both in the office and the field. I also appreciated the quality of work and their thoroughness in explaining the process. I highly recommend them.

Professional Piping put in piping for a water softener and problem-solved and replaced a well pump for us. Both jobs were completed within a small amount of time in one day. We chose professional piping because of the integrity of Whit, we’ve experienced that he keeps his word and has a heart for truly helping others. Cost for the job was better than we could imagine, we benefitted from Professional Piping’s generosity and the character of their employees. When we have a plumbing problem, they are the first people we call for input and we trust their knowledge and service.

Our property management company has been using Professional Piping for ten plus years and have never had a bad experience. They are very responsive and seem to always schedule us within 24 hours. Wonderful customer service top to bottom. We cannot recommend them enough.

As part of several property improvements we are making, we needed to have some work done on our outdoor faucets. We were provided a good recommendation for Professional Piping so I contacted them for a quote. Their response was quick and the price agreeable, the only issue is we could not set a date for the work until other projects provided their start dates. We received a call that work would start in 3 business days so had to move quickly. I called after hours, left a message. The next morning I received a text saying that they didn't want to call too early and that Nate was scheduled to be onsite in about an hour. Nate was on time, very professional, worked quickly and we are very happy with the results! Our interactions have been very fantastic and I highly recommend their services!

We have used this company several times through out the years and have had only good experiences. Nate came out to our School District to repair a leak we didn't have the correct tools for and he went right to work completing the task very quickly. We also discovered that our insta-hot had some internal leaks. They have a new program that allows the tech to price additional work right on the spot. We got approvals, they got the parts and Nate was pleasant and very thorough. Melinda from their service department also does an amazing job. Jane was absolutely wonderful helping get everything schedule around my schedule! Love her!! John was the service tech that came and repaired my outdoor sprinkler system pipe! He was extremely professional and courteous. As well as information! He also helped fix my sink that was having a weird pulsing issue. Would 100% recommend this company and will use them again! Both of the individuals I dealt with were amazing! Huge kudos to you both!!!

UPDATE MAY 1 2023 Just had ProPipe to my house to replace bad elements in my water heater and to unclog my tub drain. They were very comparably priced among the other top service providers. What REALLY stands out about Professional Piping is their attention to detail, honesty and communication with the customer. They want to do things the right way and the fair way. They were on time and very efficient in their work. I wish all home repair problems were remedied this easily. Thank you Pro Pipe!

Jim and Jane are seriously the best team out there. I have friends in the business and I will be taking my business to Professional Piping Inc. from now on until forever, they are amazing. Jane was able to work with my home warranty and save me a bunch of money and Jim was honest and upfront about what was wrong and what needed to be done. Not only that, he walked through a bunch of my plumbing questions with me and was patient with all my questions. I am a new home owner so having a professional there to walk through the house and answer my questions was awesome. 5 stars, I will be using them for all my future needs.

Professional Piping is just what their name implies! They are professional! I needed a company to fuse a 200psi hdpe pipe and they got me right on the schedule and when they came to fuse the pipe they were quick and efficient at their work! 45 minutes and they were done and we were able to then hook up our water line and we passed the State inspection with flying colors! They are friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this company!

Would just like to say I am totally happy with the work performed by the Professional Plumbing crew of Jim and Josh installing my electric water heater. The work involved more than initially thought and Jim was excellent in communicating what needed to be done. It took them a couple hours more than planned, but they stayed at it until the job was done. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and have no reservations in recommending them for any plumbing work needed.

I used these guys about 7 months ago. My pilot light went out due to a faulty part! Jane, the service manager was diligent in getting a plumber out to me ASAP to look. DJ, the plumber came the following day with several options to fix but ultimately said it would be better for me to replace the entire unit (it’s still under warranty so it was free) and said he would have a new water heater out to me the next day. They worked around my schedule and made it happen so quick all with a smile on his face! He was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, all the things! Thank you guys so much!!!
