I have nothing negative to say about Sedwick they were there for me they were very patient understanding and gave me the service that I needed in a professional way their employees were very intelligent and met my expectations at a high level yes it was an ongoing claim because the medical provider that I visited was per diem and I had to wait until that individuals return to get the papers signed I won't go until detail on what happened with that provider but I will say that the companies management team took care of my needs and fax the papers over to Sedwick so everything is in place and Sedwick responded in a timely manner and I feel very comfortable depending on Sedwick in my time of need so I would give Sedwick and a plus rating

The people are fantastic. The wait on hold time is out of their control. It's a very complicated process. Optimism helps

Personally not the easiest thing to use compared to when it was done in person in our facility. talking to someone face to face I would enjoy more. In hindsight you need to be technological know how with the app or site to navigate it correctly and keep bugging them to get what you need so when you make mistakes you get the paperwork done correctly.

God awful claims people. Response times are so slow, they dont care about you even when your vehicle is damaged by one of their clients. They do everything they can to cost you as much money as possible in hopes you'll get so frustrated that you'll just say forget it. They'd probably even screw their own parents over on a claim if they had to. Shauna Dabney is the absolute worst rep they have. It's been 2 weeks and I still can't get a rental and it's costing me money as I can't work from home. Avoid dealing with these idiots and prepare to lawyer up when they don't like the quote they make you provide for repairs.

Sedgwick, and the company I worked for (ABSOLUTELY) burned me. It is NO surprise that they care not at all for you as the worker. So much so that that they're own employees recommended I get a lawyer. Companies hire them to save money. Not to represent your best interest. They will completely undermine you and keep you from important information that will benefit you. The will supposedly send you information. Or not, and say they did to sabotage your chance at fairness. This is what they did to me. Between Sedgwick and the company I worked for I was SCREWED out of a fair settlement of about $70 to $120k. Go figure. It's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. They say

Terrible benefits, terrible to apply, terrible to work with.

Every single facet of this company and experience is awful. My deepest sympathies if you are forced to work through sedgwick.

In an ideal world things this purposefully broken should be illegal.

Its businesses and business practice like this that make me pine for the apocolypse.

I received a call from Karen Shaw on March 19th. During this call she said that everything looked great and that I should be able to get my MRI scheduled for the 29th of March. I was happy to hear that things were moving smoothly. Fast forward a week and I was receiving calls that my MRI would be canceled if I didn't get approval. I was confused so when I tried to call Karen back from the number she called me with it took me to a recording saying to call the number on my paperwork. No one ever sent me anything so I was confused because Karen never left me a phone number or email to contact her if I had any questions. Eventually after my scheduled MRI, Karen finally sent me an email at the end of her work day, as to make sure I wouldn't be able to contact her, saying that my claim has been transferred to sydnie Ayers. I wish she would have told me when the transfer happened, and now Sydnie won't answer her phone nor her emails that I have sent days ago. All of this doesn't even include the fact that if you call them with a claim number they can't even look up to see who your claim adjuster is. So trying to even find Karen Shaws name in the first place took me nearly 4 hours on the phone with people acting like I'm the problem when they are the ones who called me originally. Terrible communication between departments and Terrible communication with clients. I'm sorry for anyone who is forced to go through this company like I have to...
