Best nut mixes in the world. Sierra Mix is my favorite, the Inferno Mix is great too if you want it spicy. I was sad when the Spokane Valley factory closed.

Just started getting products from them for my department (bulk foods) and I have nothing bad to say. The owner was amazingly helpful and all products came in and taste amazing!! If you want fresh wonderful product, give these guys a try!!

Sadly, this company continues to remain incompetent. Orders shipped to different cities (because street names were similar), 12-14 days to ship products 300 miles, they can't handle more than one order per location (if two are made within a week of one another), and the CSR is completely unaware of what products they carry when questioned about delivery of incorrect items. Unless you're required, don't waste your time. The product may be good, but the service and capability of staff is incredibly lacking.

The Nut Factory tends to mess up their orders, they need a decent bookkeeper, and products take upwards of two weeks to arrive after orders are placed. Inquiries about ETAs are met with defensive remarks and lack of accountability. More organization could make this company great.

Absolutely rude owner. He sent various hateful emails and went out of his way o be spiteful. Very disrespectful individual.
