Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My car was totaled (someone ran into me) and I was without a vehicle. I was sent to Enterprise. They were helpful, even suggesting contacting the insurance company to ask for an adjustment since the car they would pay for didn't work for me. The customer service folks were polite, efficient and helpful, both when I drove off the lot and returned the car. I felt well taken care of.

When something goes well, or receives great service, you rarely hear about it most times. I just wanted to let everyone know the team here is fantastic! I had to book a rental car for our road trip back home to California and Cole plus his awesome team went above and beyond to help out!
Had a little issue with the car we got (nothing major) but even two states away they took care of me when they didn’t have to. I appreciate it!
Look forward to booking here again on our next family trip!

I love the crew at the Iowa St. Enterprise. They are always kind, quick and professional, and the location is so much more convenient for me than the airport. This last trip, I kept having to extend my reservation time and they were really helpful during the process. I really appreciate having them near downtown.

Best car rental experience ever. I rent cars often with different companies and always seem to have issues like tires not being filled, service lights coming on, etc. The reps at Enterprise were extremely helpful in getting me the right car for a long drive with no issues. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this location!

My experience renting a car here was absolutely incredible. The staff were all amazing and accommodating. Huge thanks to Elizabeth and Ben, who both made sure I was happy throughout the entire process ! They helped me get to a concert in Seattle on my birthday ! I recently needed to rent a car for about 3 weeks while my vehicle was being repaired. Although I didn't have to pay for the rental car (the responsible party's insurance paid for it), I appreciated the competency and professionalism of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Highly recommend.

Best rental experience ever! It was arranged by the auto body repair shop, so I didn’t have to do a thing. Enterprise brought the car to me at the shop and picked it up a week later. Nice low-mileage Kia SUV.

These guys were great - very helpful, good rates and easy to use service overall.

Excellent service from this location! We tried unsuccessfully at several other Enterprise locations to swap out an uncomfortable rental with no success. Called this location on Monday and talked to a very friendly and helpful guy (didn't get his name) that told us he would do what he could to get us into a more comfortable vehicle. He called us back at the end of the day to tell us nothing came in but he was hoping Tuesday they would get a vehicle for us. We checked back Tuesday and spoke to Jasper who knew our situation and said come on in they would put us in an SUV. He was friendly, professional and eager to help us. When we got to Enterprise, Austin met us at the counter, also knowing our situation and had no problems swapping us out and putting us into a very nice SUV. After he looked the vehicle over he vacuumed it out himself and offered to run it through the car wash for us. Now that's the kind of service that's lacking from many other locations!!!

I recently had a fender bender with my car, I had to leave my car for a couple of days with a body repair shop. I rented a car from Enterprise for that 2 day period. It couldn't have been smoother, everything went perfect for the time I had the car. The Enterprise employees were very courteous and friendly, the rental car was excellent, and when I returned the car it was quick and efficient. Bravo to Enterprise!!

Quick booking, easy payment, exactly the car I needed. Simple, efficient. Great customer service. I was in & out the store with the car within 5 minutes. When I returned the car, they sent a driver to take me back to my hotel. Wonderful experience again. Will be back!

Very thankful for the way this Enterprise handled our rental car after my SUV was rear ended and totaled. They found a suitable car (CRV Hybrid) during a time of shortage, and were professional every step of the way. The car was clean and the staff was very kind. We appreciate it, and apologies for the dog hair we left for you :) Great experience during a challenging time.

Always had good experiences at this location. Most of the time when I rent here it’s because my car is in the shop here in town. I have use the option of having them pick me up and drop me off. That’s always nice if you need it. Cars are always nice and clean and reliable. The customer service is always nice as well. They always try to find you the best rate.

I recently was in a car accident where my car was totaled. Through my insurance, I rented a vehicle with with this location and they were very thorough and helpful with getting me set up. After my claim was completed, I still needed a vehicle so I went back to them to rent from directly. They were once again thorough, helpful, and personable, answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I’d highly recommend them!

Very friendly and helpful, non-airport site. They called to ask if I could pick up the car a day early, to help with their schedule, at no extra cost! After-hours drop was very convenient.

The staff at the Bellingham Enterprise Rent-A-Car was amazing. So helpful and nice. They even picked me up at my hotel. I will only use Enterprise for rentals in the future.

Exceptional experience and customer service! Very clean and well run facility. Allowed me to select my own vehicle. Had an incident where one of the seats wasn't latched to the floor and ended up with a kid in a car seat falling into the truck of the minivan - I reached out to them and the branch manager got back to me promptly and offered a significant discount, along with assurance that they would prevent such things in the future. Highly recommended
