It's always very busy and they're self checkout can be a little cumbersome but they have a good selection fresh food and reasonably friendly employees. I'd recommend Fred Meyer over Walmart any day having said that you'll pay the premium for the luxury of not being escorted to the register when you want to buy anything like at Wally world

Of the 2 in town, this Fred Meyers is definitely my go-to for all of the family's grocery needs. The staff is always friendly and quick to help when needed. Excellent customer service, they certainly set the bar pretty high!! Thank you, Lakeway Fred Meyers, you guys rock! 😊😎

Excellent selection of vegetarian / health food items and bulk items (see my photo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to see that the Kroger chain is keeping up the good work with this location. :-) Soon I'll be moving to the neighborhood so this Freddie's will be my regular store. Yay!

Really love this Fred Meyer location. I've been using the curbside service. The people running the curbside service are friendly, and helpful. There are lots of organic products, which we prefer. They have the best baked goods too. Workers are nice. Store is clean. I'm looking forward to trying the delivery service too. Good online coupons when getting curbside service too and bonus gas points too. Highly recommended.

Chris, the manager, is an amazing person! He is always willing to go out of his way to help out. My husband and I can't thank him enough!!! I've dealt with some pretty nasty people at this location, like the rude-overweight female behind the counter whose worked there for years... or the young, skinny guy with the turban... Those two are so rude. If it wasn't for Chris, I would change my location to Bakerview. As long as this dude is working manager, I'll be using Lakeway as my "default" for all my diabetes meds. Thanks Chris, Happy Holidays!!!!

Starbucks was good but service was a bit slow.

Best grocery prices in Whatcom County. Fresh produce, helpful employees when you can't find an item, easy checkout via cashier or self-checkout lanes. Centrally located which makes it great for me, too. Clean store both in the parking area and inside the store. Looking forward to shopping for clothing here in the next couple of weeks!

We have had great service shopping Freddy's Pick-up since COVID began. The shoppers are efficient, for the mist part, taking care to choose wisely. Initially, we were concerned about the choice of fresh vegetables. Our concern turned out to be unfounded, because the fresh vegetable choices were very good, at times even better than our own might have been.

Very nice & clean store. I was amazed at the variety of items you could get there.

Love Fred Meyer's for may reason, but manly because they have a friendly staff and 85% have what I am shopping for in stock.

Fred Meyer is always a good place.

Today is my first visit to Fred Meyer stores and the experience is superb. The store decoration gives you a festive mood (all of a sudden, shopping became an enjoyable activity). They have incredibly complete varieties (even has dedicated electronics and jewelry sections). Customer service is attentive and superb. You can easily feel that they want to render help upon your wish. Price is slightly higher than Walmart but shopping experience are totally incomparable.
