Guardian Self Storage

The owners at Guardian have been nothing but fair with us over the ten plus years we have been customers with them. They are firm, which some might take as mean, rude or unprofessional, but it’s most definitely not that. They ultimately have a business to run so you do your part to be a responsible customer and they will be good to you, you don’t and well…business comes first.

Believe this true when I tell you in our darkest hour we nearly lost everything in our unit and because we had a decent payment track record with them and were open, honest and clear in communication with them they worked with us. I have learned to not beat around the bush with this kind of stuff from them, mainly Lynne. They aren’t there to be our friend, but they have a heart and have been around for awhile because they are doing it right overall.

As an owner of a storage facility, we sometimes have to take drastic actions for their lack of responsibility. Hence we get to endure their venting…. Creative writing is one thing and spell check is another… imitation is a way to create a nasty story….. We enjoy taking care of our responsible tenants, it's sad that they have to blame someone for their lack of responsibility and poor choices, and have to create a story to make them feel better. We at Guardian Self Storage, stay full and have long staying customer because of our CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like anyone dealing with the public, sometimes you have to be firm.

Guardian is absolutely fantastic. After a terrible experience at Morris and Clark I was wary of the whole storage unit situation but Guardian is friendly, accommodating, and all around incredible people. Thank you Guardian for making life a little bit easier.

Owner is very easy to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is smooth.

Most unprofessional people I’ve ever done business with. Their little manager lady is always out walking the streets at night drinking beer and is a complete power trip. I have never been treated so poorly by any business and I will never give these scumbags another penny! They are way overpriced for what little they have to offer. The trusses in the place are about to fall over or cave in on themselves. I wouldn’t give this place one more year through the winter. If they would spend more time fixing their facility instead of being drunks every night it wouldn’t be so bad. All I’m saying is there are way more storage units with professional business practice. I wouldn’t trust these guardian guys to store my trash! They will pull a fast one on ya and try to take your stuff so be careful with these shady people!

The absolute most unprofessional storage managers I’ve ever met. Rude, and profiling. I was loading up our vehicles to move to another storage, when a lady came up to us with a large group of her friends. They had beers in hand and reeked of alcohol! They approached us accusing of of “stealing” and continued to harass us, when we had enough of the harassment and started to be rude back, that then when a lady with dark curly hair and a tiny figure then claimed that she worked for this unit, and continued to harass us including her group of friends, she then proceeded to call my mother in law a tweaker being we were moving stuff at night, how unprofessional . Drinking around work with friends. The amount of disrespect given by a employee ruined the whole experience and the better business buro will be called! If she works for these units she should have approached us calmly and ask if we needed help with anything, not accuse us of stealing our own items and she should NOT have been drinking around her place of work. I am astonished by the amount of disrespect we experienced! Don’t rent from these units! Unprofessional, over priced, an poor community.
