Dr. Cao did an amazing job helping me through a laundry list of my health concerns. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.

This place is great for a primary care provider, but there's a sign now saying walk in isn't available - I go to the cordata peacehealth location for same day, and I've usually been able to get in within 2 to 6 hours ish. Fairhaven's great for appointments that need or can have advanced scheduling (med review, papsmear, referrals), as they're usually booked out for a while. Info transfer from other clinics is easy, current staff are polite, and I've been able to message my pcp on the patient portal, and see all of the info I transferred.

Very nice women at the front desk, one seemed new but was so sweet and adaptable to helping me get signed in. After I got taken care of at the front, I sat and one of the doctors came out to help the customer before me.

He was an older man and the doctor helped carry the man's stuff for him as the patient was having trouble moving to get up.

Overall a very calm environment and very nice and catering staff. I would recommend going here if you can.

I have recently switched to this clinic and my primary care giver is Lauren. At my point in life, I have pretty much seen it all. There has never been a better, more positive experience than I enjoy here. Brand new clinic, and yes that is nice but I would I would go to Lauren even if she was working out of her car. She is just that good. Thank you to all!

This is absolutely among the best medical care of all time. Both Gelous really care about your health, happiness and healing. H x 3. I couldn’t be more grateful for Alex saving my life. I would 100% send my favorite humans to him for healthcare. Attitude of gratitude MF’ers. 🙏🏼

Oh and by the way the office staff is sweet as could be. This is proper medical professionalism.

Very calm and thoughtful care. Appointments are usually on time and the walk-in clinic is very convenient. The clinic itself is usually quiet and uncrowded.

I went in for an ear infection and found out my insurance was canceled. They worked with me for payment options and were very understanding. Great staff.

I changed my PCP (briefly) to a doctor who works at the same office at this walk-in clinic. The first thing I noticed is that the acoustics in the waiting room are terrible--if anyone else is talking it's impossible to carry on a separate conversation. So if you are talking, everyone else can hear every word.

This was another problem--After my first visit with the doctor, it became clear that additional visits could only cover one follow-up issue from the last visit plus one new health issue. If a third issue came up, I was asked to make a third appointment to deal with it, or to go to the walk-in clinic. A limit of two topics to an appointment struck me as unusual. It would make more sense to adjust the length of an appointment to cover what needs to be covered.

I also have some doubts about the treatment that I received there. I have described those doubts in a letter to Peace Health.

I have had far better experiences at the peace health in cordata. Bad service, doctors don't listen to you, things like that. Opposite of cordata.

I saw Jennifer Eichhorn ARNP to establish care since my previous provider does not take my insurance any longer. Prior to seeing Jennifer, I was going through a rough time and I saw my aunt who is also a ARNP. My aunt ordered lab work and put me on some supplements in the interim before I could see my new provider Jennifer in April of this month. When I saw Jennifer Eichorn for the first time, the first thing she said to me is how “unethical” it was of me to see my aunt and immediately judged me for it. I was also judged for having anxiety and taking Xanax daily for it. Not once did she ask me what causes my anxiety or how long I’ve been dealing with it. She didn’t even ask me why I even saw my aunt to begin with. She was too busy clicking away trying to locate my old records that she could not access. I’ve had this appointment scheduled for four months if they needed records, they should’ve obtained them prior to my appointment. Or even better, the provider Jennifer could’ve got to know me and asked me questions. She was in and out of that room in 19 minutes for a new patient appointment. I have been a certified medical assistant for 12 years, even scribed for several providers in my career and I have never witnessed anything like what I felt today.

They dropped me after being an established patient. My peacehealth neurology department is great don’t use these guys they will drop you without letting you know first and now I need to see a walk in for my son and me to check for pneumonia. They will play smile car salesman with you then drop you from their charts without notice. Just want everyone to be aware.

I called and asked if they took state insurance. The lady who answered the phone give me the longest round-a-bout answer until I realized she didn't know what molina even was. I had to explain it to her. how embarrassing for a care clinic.

I had an early appointment time via tele-health meaning a remote video visit. I arrived early to my appointment and wasn’t met with the doctor until 10 minutes after my appointment time. Then when beginning our visit, the video gets disconnected. I tried to get back in via MyChart and when that didn’t work, I called the clinic itself. When finally getting through, I was told that my doctor moved on to the next patient. I don’t understand why I wasn’t contacted. I don’t understand why when this happened, I was not then, offered a rescheduling. It was not until I brought up those facts that I was offered a rescheduling. I will not be rescheduling, and I’m incredibly frustrated.

These people are genuinely the worst healthcare providers in Bellingham. I had an appointment with my primary care doctor on August 18 at 11:30 AM… They called me on August 17 at 5:30 PM to tell me that my appointment was canceled because my doctor left the company. I had received no notification prior to that moment that this person was leaving. They offered to reschedule me, but the next appointment they could get me in for was October. After I expressed my irritation, via a text message over the patient portal, they canceled my appointment without telling me. These people don’t offer dental or behavioral health services. If you have state insurance I strongly suggest going to Unity Care or Seamar clinics instead, both of which offer dental and behavioral. I’ve lived in several states, and several counties in this state, and I genuinely can’t think of a worse healthcare network.

I called today to set up an appointment for my boyfriend who just got approved for state insurance and has been sick for 3 days unable to keep food or liquids down due to gastritis caused by hpylori that PeaceHealth failed to treat. Because it’s his first scheduled spot at PeaceHealth they’re unable to get him in until august then they asked for insurance info they stated it’s required to schedule an appointment. Ok fine I can understand this. It’s a reasonable request however my boyfriend just got approved today the details won’t come in mail for another 6-10 days. The insurance being Molina said that hospitals and clinics can easily access this info by looking it up with his dob and ssn which I was prepared& willing to give. Unfortunately this lady on the phone didn’t even offer to look up the info she knew she had access to so I asked her to look it up after she condescendingly said “it helps if you have your info available” to which I said “I understand it helps but I can’t give you info I myself don’t even have yet” she then complained again saying it will take her a minute it was obvious she was annoyed at having to take an extra step to provide good service so I just told her you know what I’ll call back for someone who’s ready and willing to do their job. Smh very disappointed

I’ve tried to use this walk in clinic twice. The first time, I brought my son. The receptionist ignored me for several minutes while chatting with a friend. She then looked at me and said, “who are you here for? Him? Because we can’t see kids today.” Today we showed up and there was a handwritten sign that the clinic is closed this week though the website says, “Open Now.” Does this organization not have the technology to update their hours, info, etc?

No transparent billing at all. We were told totally a different version by receptionists and doctors and to our surprise many items were billed under different codes that are not fully covered by our insurance. I’d avoid this hospital.

Very disappointed with the visit, they are not at all transparent with the insurance billing and won’t communicate proper either, we had checked multiple times about the tests but still we had to pay from out of pocket, overall felt it’s very expensive for just an annual checkup, spoke with their billing department as well like they suggested, but it’s of no use, not recommended!

the older receptionist that sits on the right side of the desk as you walk in is the rudest receptionist I've ever met in my life she verbally asked me in front of other patients what was wrong with me and then yelled at a old man and an old lady about policies she should not be in the healthcare field I went in to make an appointment because no one answered the phone and ended up leaving because she asked me if I could stand up and talk to her instead of sit down in front of everyone please fire her so it's an actual pleasant experience.
