Patti is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever had. She is superior with color and can get my naturally dark hair lighter without brassy undertones. She is so good that I no longer have to spend hours waiting for my hair to process like I did with previous stylists, because Patti knows exactly how to work with color to achieve the desired results. She’s excellent with haircuts and I highly recommend her!

Patti is a great colorist and a great overall hair stylist. I really dislike the new age salon model where you need to go to one person to color and a separate to cut. Patti does it all beautifully so she is a much better alternative to those salons. Most importantly, Patti listens to what you want and will make adjustments as necessary. I have been going to Patti Usselman for color and cut for about three years. I have had less than a handful of hair dressers in my entire life as I am very particular. Patti pays special attention to detail. She is a perfectionist to say the least. She is incredibly good at what she does. My hair is difficult to color since it is totally gray and difficult to cut with style since it has lots of curl she does both beautifully. I get a lot of compliments always. Her salon is beautiful! I love it!!! The atmosphere is peaceful and very welcoming. Patti handles her business and clients with utmost professionalism. Patti was amazing! I wanted to donate my hair and she cut/banded it perfectly, even giving me a bag and telling me where to send it. I wanted a pretty dramatic cut, she did a great job of being a calming presence for me and doing what was best for my hair. She definitely knows what she's doing and took extra time on my hair to make sure it was perfect. I've gotten so many compliments! I would recommend Patti to anyone, hands down. One of the best hair cuts I've ever had.

I’ve been having Patti cut my hair since I moved here a year ago. I got a referral after asking a lady with a great bob haircut, “Who cuts your hair?” Patti is very consistent. My hair is straight and a bad cut shows. I’ve been very happy with Patti. Her shop is clean. There is parking behind the salon, which is at a central location. I live on the south-east hill and it only takes me fifteen minutes to get there. I think she is reasonably priced.

I met Patti after I googled best hair color repair person in Spokane. I had dyed my light blonde hair a dark red-brown color which was less than flattering. To my amazement Patti was able to help me. A couple months later my hair was back to nearly the same color and in better shape than ever. She can work miracles and truly knows her craft. Her products are the newest, most innovative and leave your hair healthier than it was before you started the styling process. I highly recommend booking your appointment.

I moved to the Spokane area about 6 months ago and was in search of a great stylist. I did quite a bit of searching and came across reviews of Patti -- she was highly recommended by several individuals, including many college students, so I decided to give her a try. She has been AMAZING! In short, Patti knows hair. She has given me some really great cuts (while addressing a really bad undercut), and it's clear that color is her specialty. I'm so happy that I found Patti! Great colorist and stylist and prices are more than fair. I highly recommend!!

I was fortunate to find Patti about two years ago! The main reason I went to her was for a Brazilian Blowout (a hair smoothing treatment). However, she is an expert in hair coloring and can do things that no one else has ever been able to do for me. She also has a way of blending color when I just need to touch up my roots so that there's no demarcation line. She only uses top-of-the-line luxury products. I love the way she listens to my requests and never minds when I change my mind LOL. I've had so many compliments on my hair since I started going to her. Her haircuts are absolutely top notch too. Patti is the best hair colorist and stylist I've ever been to. Call in advance though because she books up fast. I would give her the highest recommendation!!

Patti is the best hairdresser I have ever seen. Moved to Spokane 8 months ago and had to find someone for highlights and cut. Went to see Patti based on reviews and I have not been disappointed. I have always been extremely picky about my haircuts and I have never had anyone meet my standards, until now. Patti pays excellent attention to detail and truly has an eye for accuracy. She is thorough and takes her time checking every piece to make sure they’re even. She listens to what I want each time and the results come out EXACTLY like I wanted. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair now that she’s cut it. I mean it, she is the absolute BEST!
