Vance and his team are incredible! I hit a deer and was so overwhelmed but they made the process easy. They communicated with my insurance and helped me figure out the next steps. They were very honest, patient and trustworthy and I highly recommend their services!

These guys did the best collision repair that I have ever seen (see my photos) AND it was an easy to swallow price tag. Vance took care of the van and communicated with me throughout the whole repair. I wish every customer service experience was this good! Thanks Riggins

Preset everything through my insurance and had a 3pm appointment. They told me 20 minutes to fix a rock chip in and out in 23. Great service very friendly staff.

They know how to work customer service. Hayden was awesome, would good back they in a heat beat. I just needed assistance, securing the plastic front bumper of our car till we made it back to Las Vegas. He came out and snapped it back into place and help me tie it up. That’s how people should treat people.

How refreshing to have found a body/repair shop that isn’t out to rip you off. This business is beyond fair and honest, I was shocked in the way they do business. Kudos to all who make that happen. We’ll be back, rather it is another collision (hopefully not that) repair or vehicle repair. It is so worth the fifty mile drive for us to use this shop.

Our car broke down on a road trip to Kanab, Utah before Thanksgiving holidays. I was turned down from other places in Kanab before I went to Riggings. They were able to identify the problem, order parts and helped us to get on road before Thanksgiving. Highly recommend it others.

Got a lg rock smash traveling. Had to move on and even tho the didnt get job, they made it safe to travel so I cd drive away with confidence that we were safe. Great shop!

We get an issue with our Ford E250. Engine logo switch on. We went there in a hurry and they welcomed us really well. They checked and repaired in the next hours our van and we can continue our road trip thanks to them. Thank you really much for what you did!

Vance was amazing! I came in with my conversion van whose back sliding door was off the hinge. He overnighted the part and even came in on a Saturday to work on it so I would be on the road again. Also kindly picked me up so I didn’t have to walk the 2 miles to the shop. Would highly recommend!

These guys helped me out so much. My radiator tank cracked coming from North Carolina to California. Me the wife and kid had to inch our way into Fredonia AZ where we meet Doug the Auto Tech and Mr. Riggins. My wife went into the Chevron to use the restroom and was telling the cashier that we had ran into some trouble. Doug and Mr. Riggins came out and checked out everything and that's when Doug called his friend at NAPA to set out the radiator for him. My wife and I inched our way into Kanab to Mr. Riggins shop which he kindly opened up on a weekend to help me and my wife get back on the road as quickly as possible. He even offered a rental car for us and the baby to get food which was very nice of him to do on such short notice. Doug quickly got to work on the my Jeep in the shop while we waited. Once he was done I was surprised at how cheap it was. Also it being about 8 PM on a Saturday. These gentle men helped me out so much in my time of need. I can not express how thankful I am of these guys. I recommend every one from tourists to locals. If you want an honest business and a reliable Auto Tech. Also both were very friendly and respectfully declined any extra money I tried to give them. These guys are A++ highly recommended!!

We had hit a deer on our way to Kanab from SLC. The head lights were broken in our rental car and techs at riggins helped us get back on the road ASAP by replacing the bulb and taping the lights free of charge in couple of mins . They also checked out the engine light switch which had come on due the impact and confirmed we can still drive the car. Was very happy with the service and greatly appreciate the timely help during our road trip.

Our car broke down on a road trip between AZ & UT. They were able to get us a rental for the day so we could still sightsee while they did the work, and got us back on the road quickly to enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Was traveling through Utah and had my driver's side window get stuck halfway down. They were able to get it closed within 30 minutes and didn't even want payment since it was only a temporary fix. Very helpful, friendly and made our trip a whole lot better.

Doug identified a knocking noise in two places in my car. It has been insane, going to at least 15 mechanics with no decent diagnosis, including at last resort Nissan. Doug is a real mechanic. He listens to the description of the problem and thus is able to use logic to figure it out quickly. He saved my sanity and my bank account. He is the real deal. Great!

Needed a chip repaired in my auto glass. They are professional and take Farmers Bureau Auto Insurance. I called in the claim to my insurance company and was in and out in 15 minutes. Fast, nice, and guaranteed work. Highly recommend.

Great service here. This place is not out to ripoff people. Jake was very amicable and knowledgeable on dent removal. Did a real great job helping us out with the dent and on our way to our travels.😀🙂❣❣❣❣❣❣👌👌👌👌highly recommend.

My 22year old Winnebago Itasca was repaired by these wonderful people.it looks better then it has for 10 years.i can't thank them enough . I'd recommend them to everyone.

I have 2 trucks and a jeep taking turns over there. Maintenance,ac work,front end on the jeep,tyranny on the f15o and finally paint on the f250. I like them.
