They're very good people there. They're very helpful the manager Brie And the general manager are the best and they will do good by you. I would give them a 100 stars if I could and i am a lifetime customer there and I would never go anywhere else. They treat you like family. Love these guys! We've been long term customers for several items. Their service is exemplary and they were willing to work with us when times got rough. We've never had a complaint about anything and when a shelf in our fridge that we purchased through Aaron's broke, they were able to replace it very promptly!
We will definitely be working with them in the near future for making another purchase.

Due to a little confusion after the relocation, I have to admit I was a little mad, but in truth it was not the fault of the store. The new Manager Shane bent over backwards and drove out of his way to make sure my son was fully accommodated he went beyond all expectations and I got to admit, he brings a much better tone to the whole store. In the past we had some unpleasant experiences with old employees but Bri and Shane and the new ones really this time surprised me fully by their extreme efforts to make things right. I also thank the owner so much for really making things perfect for my holidays. I got to admit the past 4 years dealing with Aarons, I finally feel the best staff is now there.

Caleb and Kya were amazing with their delivery. It got here super fast and was very easy. I also love the customer service that Noah provided in setting up our couches. Thanks for the amazing service!

I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with this store. Their customer service is amazing and the different payment options available help anyone, with any credit rating, get anything that they want and own it for WAY less than any of the competitors. I have been a customer since 2009 and have been able to purchase a lot of top quality stuff that I never would have been able to buy otherwise. I wish I had found many years ago. I guess the only way to have a BAD experience with this particular store is if YOU make the experience bad yourself. I've never seen anyone work so hard to make things work for their customers. I've been a customer of Aaron's in Chehalis for several years, always having amazing service, whether in the store or the guys having to come to my home. They're all professional, helpful and friendly and I recommend them to my friends all the time. Christian and Ben (I think that's him name, but I'm SO sorry if it's not!) were absolutely AMAZING delivering our fridge today! It's just my elderly mom and myself living here and we're both disabled and they went above and beyond helping us when our small house caused complications. They dealt with our GSD barking from her kennel, our AmStaffy whining from his kennel, and our 6lb mini dachshund howling 🤦‍♀ The store associates (and I think the manager) were also awesome and completely helpful. Definitely recommend the Centralia location!!!

My washer and dryer were delivered within 24 hours of ordering them . Brandon was wonderful to speak with and very professional so we're the delivery guys. They are the best in the industry!

I had a great experience with this store and was very pleased with my new washer and dryer set. They came and delivered them to our house and also installed them. The staff was also very friendly and very helpful to us, while we looked at new appliances.

We have been with Chehalis, WA location of Aaron's for a few years now, (Started in July 2012). Will always go back to them for items we need that are outside of our budget to buy out right. Awesome staff and they have always worked with us when ever we needed it, key is just to let them know what is going on, they really do care about their customer's being happy. LOVE THEM AND WILL NOT CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT RENT TO OWN PLACE.

We have shopped Aaron's for 20 years now in 2 different states. Every store we have ever gone to is the same. Quality products, reasonable pricing and fantastic customer service.

Everytime I enter our store I am always greeted by very pleasant sales associates! They ask right away if they can help me in any way. Usually the first one I speak with is the person who handles my needs. I have been able to find what I'm looking for, at an affordable price, that fits my budget. I highly recommend Aaron's in Chehalis for any rental needs!
