I really like the storage place ALOT. Totally don't like when they up the price when you've been there for a year.. and don't prorate if you are only a few days past the date..

Storing an RV at the Foothills location. Nice, clean, secure and large facility with a very helpful staff their to help with you're needs. Very reasonable and affordable rates. This particular location even has an RV wash area with multiple spray heads and wash brooms. That alone makes it worth it so much so I don't have to take the RV to a car wash off location.

I've had a storage unit here for 3 years, and I've never had a problem with staff, or making payments online! I've moved units, and they made it quick and easy to transfer over. They have optional unit insurance, which I would recommend! Their rates do go up every renewal, but it's not been over $10, if I remember correctly. :)

I am happy to have this space! My mother recently passed and I didn’t want everything in my home. This gives me the opportunity to go through things without clutter in my home! Payments are easy to manage and they have a great code system for entry of the storage spaces.

Jeri was incredibly helpful in getting me set up. The process was super easy, and she went above and beyond to assist me.

I was pleasantly surprised with this facility from the moment I arrived. It is a safe, clean environment. There are a lot of rules, and I like that, because their business practices assure me that my belongings are as important to them as they are to me. I feel like the top priority of the staff is to keep my things safe. The staff has been very friendly and helpful when needed. I will definitely recommend this company to others who have storage needs. Reading the other reviews compelled me to write my own, as I COMPLETELY disagree with some of the opinions that are expressed here. Very satisfied.

The staff is quite knowledgeable, and helpful. Access to the facility is easy, secure, and there is a wide selection of sizes. There are certain peak times for rentals so you might wish to call well in advance. A few extra plusses are the storage area for large vehicles, and also the ability to offload large shipments easily, if you should have anything like a pod to unload. I have had 3 previous units in other cities, this is the best.

Very reasonable prices for quality of facility and units! Office attendants are both friendly and attentive. Will be using them again if I ever need storage space!

This is the second time I have used this Self Storage site and I am honestly happy with their service!!! The staff is always curtious and welcoming. I am always greeted as I walk in the door, even if they are all busy with other customers. I have received the best service ever from this staff! Fun and friendly, they know what excellent customer service is suppose to look like! Thank you Self Storage crew!!! I will definitely come back if/when I need to store anything! I highly recommend Self Storage on N. Foothills Dr!!!

I like the Facility it is very clean. Michaele was very helpful. I’m an older person and I have trouble hearing and Michaele was very polite. She walked me through everything very slowly. I got there late and Michaele worked past closing to help me. I appreciate her patience and attentiveness to my needs.

The staff has been incredible. They have been extremely helpful and have bent over backwards to make sure everything when smoothly. By far the best and most complete storage facility I been associated with.

Seriously the nicest guys working here. Gave me an amazing promo deal plus charged me the smaller unit size for a larger unit. Free truck to use, state of the art security, and intent and printing services all just add a little bit more to an already great place.

With every interaction I have been treated professionally. Their standards are high for the management of the property and greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate referring them to those that expect the best.

We drove up on vacation with our motorhome with jeep in tow. We had such a good time in Idaho that we decided to leave the motorhome and jeep and fly home, come back and pick up rig in a month or so and continue on our trip. A bit afraid of leaving all of our stuff for a month or more and then we found Spokane Self Storage. Very secure and the staff was very professional and friendly. After looking over there security cameras and system we felt at ease leaving our RV and Jeep and all our gear. Look forward to coming back for another week or so of exploring and may decide to leave the rig again for another month.

I have been using them for 2 years and am pleased with the setup. Temp controlled units have been comfortable to work in year around.
