Arrived at 06:45 for a 07:00 delivery appointment on a Friday morning. Clear signage once I found the yard. Address given, 4007 N First Ave, Spokane WA 99216, is the address INSIDE the greater Spokane Industrial Park complex. The industrial park complex itself has a GPS address of 3808 N Sullivan Rd, Spokane Vally, WA 99216. Check in and out was efficient and friendly. Lumper fees did not apply to me. No restrooms available, only one sad porta potty, and parking on site looks doubtful (though I suspect one could find parking overnight elsewhere in the industrial park). All done unloading and departing at 08:30. Good job, guys!

Accepted me by 3 hours early, which I really appreciate! Got unloaded quickly within 45min. Plenty of space to easily park to the dock. Thank you CoreMark!

Pull up to gate. Once opens go straight and go around building, unless you wanna blindside. Park as close to fence. Walk to receiving. Frozen will be closest to road. They don’t open till 5am. Parking on side streets!

Checked in at 0800 for an 1100 appointment I was empty and out the gate by 0900,the people were nice and friendly I'll gladly deliver here anytime.

I arrived 2 hours before my appt and got a door right away. Was on my way with signed paper 30 minutes after my application. No lumper fee for me.

After reading reviews I expected a bad experience. However, the crews were polite and prompt, and the lumper fee was about standard. Everyone can have a bad day, but to label the limpets here rude was not needed by others. On top of that, taking to long to unload should be expected from time to time. Great job Core-mark.

These workers are the best communication is key all's they ask is you let them know if you will be late if I could give them 6 stars I would. There fast , professional and reliable everything I would look for in a company good job you guys thank you for always being there for me.

Appt at 11am and got me in at 8am. Very friendly staff. The Lumper we got takes a while and take only checks or cards, but other then that nice place.

Its a really good place if you are looking for a job and for good prices for your Freight for gas stations and colleges

Was quick in and out and they do allow parking just a little bit away.

A great place to order food stuff in bulk (truck loads). Make sure your a store owner.

In and out very reasonable on lumper fees and very polite employees.

Very quick unloading and nice people.
