Dr. Dunn and the folks at Advanced Dermatology are second to none. I have been seen on an emergency basis a couple of times over the past several years due to severe allergic reaction and infection. In addition, my two teenage daughters are regular patients for routine acne. In both routine care and emergent care, I continue to be incredibly impressed by the skill, patience, and dedication of this fantastic practice. What's more, it is the entire staff. From the person you speak to when calling to schedule, to the check-in desk, the medical assistant, nurse, and of course physician. They truly are all about the patient!

My experience at Advanced Dermatology and with Dr. Dunn was the most satisfying experience in healthcare in a very long time. I called for an appointment for a checkup and they got me in in about a week. I was reminded twice to come to the appointment, once by text and once by phone, which I greatly appreciate as I can sometimes get busy and lose track of appointments. When I arrived for my appointment they almost immediately called my name, and once I was in the exam room Dr. Dunn arrived in about 3 minutes. He answered all of my questions and assuaged my concerns and even seem to know what I wanted before I asked. I would recommend Dr. Dunn wholeheartedly.

The whole staff here is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I came in for an appointment and happened to have something in my eye, the doctor took the time to help me get in cleaned out so I could be 100% comfortable during my procedure. I absolutely love the customer service I received! Definitely recommend this place.

I went to him because I had warts all over my hands and he gave me some pills, the first ones didn't work, but then he gave me some new ones, I think they were zinc pills or something, now I don't have warts.

So thankful to Dr. James for squeezing me in on a super busy day. All the staff I encountered were professional friendly and kind. I highly recommend this dermatology clinic.

Dr.Dunn is a mean condescending man.. and should really reevaluate his chosen profession if he cannot treat fellow humans any better than he does.. We arrived very early for our appointment because we weren't sure what time it was set at. We left and ran errands and came back for our appointment time... actually arrived 20 minutes prior. When we did see the doctor he stormed in almost yelling at us at how important his time was as if we were actually late.. (which we were not) He spent all of 5 minutes in the room, 4 of which was spent with him chastising us for making him late. (Which we did not) and 1 whole minute spent discussing our skin problem. He did not look closely.. he did not offer to take a biopsy... he just rattled off some BS about gluten and sent us on our way. Shame shame on you Dr.Dunn. Get your scheduling issues straight, and clear before you come rip someone's head off for being there BEFORE their appointment time.. Assuming you chose the profession you are in to try to help people and diagnose/relieve skin problems and issues... you might revisit your bedside manner... you might consider actually doing a little doctoring... and while you are at it.. maybe you could work on your empathy skills as a human being as they are severely lacking.

My husband and I both at appointments on the same day for skin checks. Neither one of us were in the office more than 10 minutes. My husband had none of his skin questions addressed, and I had one of several keratosis that I knew I had burned off. The office visit was 139.00 each and an additional 132.00 for my 'surgery'?
Dr Dunn was impersonal, and not much interested in our skin problems. Not sorry to say that we won't be back
