She also knew the tricks of the trade to schedule things like inspection even before acceptance of our offer to ensure our 3-week closing could be completed timely. I would recommend Darren Bass for anyone seeking a great real estate agent. Coming from out of state, me and my wife were worried we would not be able to find a lot to build on in this difficult market. We talked to several agents before deciding to go with Darren and he won us over with his willingness to work hard and his patience. We weren't the easiest clients. We looked at probably 30 different properties including a lot that we put an offer on that fell through. Our contingency period on the lot we finally went with was extended 2 times due to no fault of Darren. But finally we were able to purchase a lot we dreamed of. I had a home for sale by owner and Kevin reached out to me. I told him I have sold every home I’ve owned without a realtor. We chatted a bit and he came to meet me. For 1% why would I say no? He did MORE then the realtors do that charge 3%. My home sold in a few days for over asking price. Now I needed to find a home.
I have to say, I never give compliments, ever. Well they are far and few between. Kevin Appleton is the best realtor ever! He put up w my late night and early morning texts, wrote me offer after offer when I’d call and say “can u write up an offer, NOW cause I need this house”. If he was annoyed (he should of been) he never let me know. He is the ONLY relator I’ll ever use.

Dave was quick to respond, professional, quickly ran comps on a house I was interested in selling, and came to the house to discuss the market and what all was entailed with his service. I compared multiple realtors and was impressed by their service and quick responses. All of this was on top of his 1% listing fee which saved me thousands of dollars.

Ultimately Source Real Estate sold my house quickly and helped easily navigate the closing process. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in selling their home!

Darren Bass is a 5 star realtor. He sold me a home and also helped me to sell my home. He worked very hard and did an awesome job. Darren is very responsive to texts and calls. He always made sure that things were done right and that my interest's were protected. I would not hesitate to refer someone to Darren!!

Don't let the listing fee make you think this is anything less than what you would get from a 3+% listing fee. I was so happy with the results and service they provided. Kevin Appleton was truly amazing. From my first inquiry, we had a meeting set up within a couple hours after my inquiry (late Friday night). Kevin is a true pro in this industry.
