I've given this 5 stars because its great that there is an area for wildlife to be that isn't touched by humans. And it's beautiful to look at! However, as far as we could tell, some of the reviews talk about trails and, where we were, there are no trails. It's just a view of the refuge.

Cool, misty day required a stop for human nature call. Facility was clean save for a spider or two that kept me alert. No one in office on this day. Viewing area was covered in places with larger boardwalks in between where history and nature stories are told on signs with artful appeal. I wished for more time and less rain to come here again. Our tour this day brought us this way. Local wildlife used this place as stop along their biannual migration.

This was a fabulous vacation. Seeing where the Columbia River empties into the Pacific ocean is breathtaking. The Lewis and Clark trail and museum are informative and alive.

Beautiful spot for a peaceful walk in nature. There are also nice little beaches to enjoy and a fun place to visit by boat.

Lovely and informative. They are not there on Saturday's and the bathroom is locked. Would be nice if they left it open.

Great views of wildlife. Very remote area, so usually you're by yourself. Nice, relaxing getaway.
