Everyone I have dealt with at SDS has been wonderful in every way. From dealing with maintenance issues - responsive, quick, thorough. We recently expanded our offices and also it has been a superior experience. Great communicators, finished the expansion ahead of schedule, and high quality workmanship. They bought Canterbury property in Muncie, Indiana without a single inspection. They were the 4th owners of the property over the 6 year period we lived there. After a few months they ended up jacking up the rent and forced us to move. Then they tried holding us responsible for carpet that's at least a decade old. Finally, instead of handling it in court, they went and sold the phony debt to a collection agency.

My partner and I listed a commercial property with SDS. The agent chose to not continue working with us when asked to provide specific information regarding their activities in support of selling or leasing the property..
They did not provide all that was asked but earn a star for quickly returning some information that had been provided.
