Timberline Restaurant

I don't know how we've never stopped here before but this will definitely be one of our favorites going forward! All the bread is made in-house and it's DIVINE! They even have gluten-free options.
You can't go wrong with the Turkey Bacon Avocado or the Monte Cristo sandwiches. And don't leave without some dessert because WOW! Great food, great service, great experience all around.

Timberline restaurant is a great find. Typically restaurants that are along stops in the middle of nowhere are not worth visiting. This is a gem. The food is very reasonably priced and is very good. The french fries where yummy. Our server was nice and this was a nice break from driving. Next time I will have to try the pot roast.

Our entire experience, from start to finish, was so refreshing. The food was highly satisfying and tasted delicious. The service was excellent. I was excited to finally see a restaurant right off an exit instead of the traditional fast food. If you are traveling and have some time to spare, you need to stop at Timberline. You will not be disappointed.

Mushroom asparagus appetizer was delicious, and the shrimp pasta was excellent. Everything was cooked just right and flavor was great, finely chopped fresh ingredients and herbs. Portion was generous! Homemade dessert is the cherry on top. We’ll definitely visit again if we’re in the area!

Food was good. I had a salad which was very hearty. Prices were wallet friendly. Staff had that small town hospitality.

This is a hidden gem. We have passed this exit so many times and never stopped. My recommendation is to stop! The chicken club was supreme. The Cole slaw was fresh and added such a great flavor to the sandwich. The patty melt was tangy and soo good. The staff was friendly and prompt.

Located right off I-15 Beaver, Utah exit, this place is great for the hungry traveler. It's located right behind the Chevron, where if you stop to get gas, you'll also get old fashioned service where you're windows get cleaned and you get topped off by the friendliest people! After, go get a bite to eat at the Timberline, I ordered the breaded chicken basket with caramel pican cheesecake, and then you're back on your way! I highly recommend it!

Found this place on the way to Vegas. Definitely delicious. The sandwiches are fresh and the food comes out hot and wonderful. We liked it so much, we stopped on the way back too. Our server was attentive and the atmosphere is great.
Hopefully you can get a slice of their caramel cheesecake. Amazing!

Pretty average burgers, but nothing bad about it. Service is lovely - I was bright fries instead of cole slaw as a side, and the server offered me a to-go box of cole slaw free or charge. Lots of parking around here as well.

Not sure who the chef is here, but the food is absolutely incredible! The salmon was amazing, the options for kids food was great, and the chili was the best chili we have ever had! Not to mention the wonderful service. 10/10 recommend!

I got there beforw dinner starts, but I literally stop for a salmon- and the service went extra mile to ask if I can order one, finally have it it was delicious salmon I had

With so many food chains like, fried chicken and well, fried chicken, popping up everywhere, you just don’t get FRESH ingredients and good quality food.

Timberline is a small town vibe with amazing food, great customer service, and an all around very positive experience.

Roadside gem with great sandwiches and even friendlier service!

Everything was delicious!!!

Clean restaurant and from the moment you walk in you can smell the goodness from the kitchen. The food came fast and hot with awesome service from the staff.

We stopped by for lunch on our way to Vegas as our EV was charging, so expectations were not high. However, I was blow away by how fresh and flavorful the ingredients were. The fries were fired perfectly and my husband and I were fawning over the Timberline burger. We’ll definitely return the next time we pass by!

Diner Americana! took our Australian friend’s on a road trip to Vegas. Had to try the Monte Cristo and steak Avo. Both Delicious! Best Fry’s came out HOT! Enjoy. Delighted to see Family run business with Friendly service.

All of the food was top tier diner food, lots of options, and the cheesecake is killer. Staff is very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Check cam right on time without having to ask.

The best roadside restaurant I have been to. The bathroom smelled clean. The service was great. The food was very good. Huge portions so you may want to consider sharing.

We stopped in this restaurant for some dinner on the way to Park City, and it was pretty nice. The interior is welcoming, the booth was comfortable, and the overall experience was satisfactory. Taco soup was delicious, mushrooms with artichokes were pretty tasty, liver was also quite good, and the pot roast was great. The waitress was also very friendly and attentive.

We stopped here while our Tesla charged. We had the cutest waitress. She was so sweet and friendly. The service was fast and meals reasonably priced. The food was fresh and so delicious! We'll definitely be back soon.
