I have picked up 2 pieces of equipment about 12 months apart from Fastway Shipping.
Both times the Fastway Shippng employees from the people answering the phone to the people loading my equipment in my trailer have been terrific.

Our drivers name was Sam, he was fast, kind, and very friendly! We had issues with pilot transportation before our package was handed off to fast way. Both times I spoke with people at the office they were informative and such fast service! They got done in one day what pilot trasnportation couldn't do in 6 days!

Fast way freight was great! They contacted me to set up a delivery which had to be pushed back by a day but they were helpful in answering my questions and the driver was nice when speaking to him! Overall I got what I ordered undamaged! No real issues!

Got a phone call right before delivery (which was an hour early!) so I knew my shipment was coming. The truck couldn't go up my 500ft narrow gravel driveway, since there was no place to turn around at the top. But the driver, Kevin, hauled the box all the way up the hill on a lift jack. I pushed from behind, but it weighed 125 lbs!! Whew !! Very, very nice, and super responsible, A ++

Had an order that was first handled by a national carrier who was very delayed (estimated delivery of 8/5 and they did not get it to fastway until 8/13) and had very poor customer service. As soon as they handed it to Fastway freight, i noticed a huge difference. They were friendly, polite and got me my package right away and even ahead of when the national carrier said it was going to be delivered.

Fastway Freight is a favorite carrier. We are in Bonners Ferry, ID. Most companies only come up here a couple times a week. They have a truck up here 5 days a week. I have always found their customer service to be superb. The dispatch and sales guys are great to work with.. I just called about a problem with a carrier they pick up for .. They helped me get it all worked out and I just got off the phone with them at 6PM PST.. They were helpful and showed no signs of frustration at being held up late. Keep up the good work Fastway! One more thing I will say I like about them and that is that you deal with a local office. I am so tired of having to call a national office and get a runaround and wait for 5 minutes to get a live person. They have real live people answering the phone

This company has great customer service. I found them to be exceptionally detail-oriented and quick to respond. Our trade show was much more successful due to the efficient way in which they handled the shipment of samples to the show.

My car was transported from the East Coast to the West Coast by Fast Freight, who act as a sub-contractor. It was quoted to arrive in one week but the driver managed to arrive 3 days ahead of schedule, with no damage. This more than made up for the difficulties I had with scheduling before pick up.

Thank you! Delivery today to a Farmhouse museum, White Spring Ranch, in Genesee, Idaho was above and beyond. I had paid for inside delivery from ULINE products. Because of COVID, we don't have any assistance here at the museum. This help from your driver this morning was priceless.

Customer service is fast and very responsive even if we have problem. Especially Dena from Wenatchee terminal, she is very helpful and nice.

I've had some poor experiences with other Spokane based freight companies with issues such as lackadaisical attitude towards knowing where my shipment is, dragging two-person lift boxes across my driveway etc. Not with Fast Way. I have had them deliver a number of large, heavy products (refrigerator, tool chests, pellet stoves) to the Sandpoint, ID area with solid success. Very professional.

Worked here for 12 years, nothing but good things to say about the owners! They work just as hard as any employee! Which is pretty cool considering most seasoned company’s you rarely see the owners.
