Wow! What a GREAT company! When I called, a lovely lady named Lisa was very understanding and compassionate of our water emergency. She got us an appointment very quickly. Thank you Lisa! ♥ The 2 gentleman who came, Landon and Andre, were both personable and professional. We were very impressed with them and their work. On New Year's Eve at 11:30pm, we noticed that we were having some drain problems and some backup. I called Mr. Rooter first thing on New Year's Day and put my name on the list for a scheduling call once they opened on the 2nd. I was contacted immediately the next day and they offered to send somebody out to me, but I live in the country and so there was a travel fee. I said that I would call around to see if I could find somebody closer and more local… not only did I not find anybody, some of the phones were disconnected, reviews were terrible...so I ended up calling back Mr. Rooter.

Boy, I am so glad I did. The team of Dan and Dan showed up within a couple of hours of my call and did some extensive research in my 100 year old farmhouse, taking pictures of pipes traveling through all the floors to determine where things were coming in and going out of. After about an hour of documenting, I was given a price quote to review and agree to. They then spent about 20 minutes fixing the problem. They tested it for another 20 minutes, making sure there were no other issues. Then they gave me a bunch of advice and proactive goals for the future. In return, I gave them treats.

Perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

The office staff were professional and made every effort to assist my needs, it was a Sunday and I had a leak in the house that I couldn't find and thought it was a frozen pipe burst pushing water under the floor getting water in the house, approximately 8 ft long on the carpet. Giovanni came to the home within 20 minutes of being dispatched. Although he found no pipes leaking under the home he was very professional and did a thorough inspection under the mobile home after first moving 6 inches of snow away to get to the crawl space. He also assisted in finding where the leak was coming from and took pictures for me to see. Mr.Rooter is a great company and their in my contacts should I ever have any more plumbing issues in the future. Thank you Giovanni, and Mr Rooter for all your assistance!

Tory and Derek always do an amazing job when they come out to our property at Greenrich Village Apartments. Tory is very informed and will answer any question I have on the work being done. Derek is great at making sure I have all the information I need. Both always get the job done, communicate well with me and are very professional with my tenants!

I discovered a water leak in our utility closet below a tankless water heater. Mr. Rooter Plumbing sent Derick McLaughlin and Tory Gosnell. They arrived at our house within 30 minutes. The problem was quickly diagnosed along with an estimate for the work. The repairs were completed within 90 minutes. Derick and Tory were very friendly and explained the work to be completed. I appreciate the speedy service and their professional attitude to see that the job was done correctly. I will use Mr. Rooter whenever I need a plumber, and I request Derick and Tory if they are available.

Mr.Rooter, I appreciated your call this morning seeing if I had even any water yet. Today no but not yet hot enough. I think tomorrow a better chance. And as I said I will call you and keep you advised. I miss my water more than ever and I am living with a niece and family. I need to get home as I am having surgery in three weeks.

Tory and Derrick have been out to my house for my projects during my recent reno - To give me a new kitchen sink/faucet, install a completely new bathroom, and update another bathroom. I always get a text when they are on their way, and they always arrive on time and prepared to get to work. Very pleased with the job Tory and Derick did on replacing our sump pump! It was quite the time consuming and messy job! Both were professional, courteous and personable. Will definitely call Mr. Rooter again if we have any plumbing problems in the future.

The 2 techs who came to my house were very professional and knowledgeable about the issue with my plumbing. Dan went above and beyond including going to a part store to find the correct piece. After they repaired the issue he even stayed after to give a few tips and advice for any other issues we can avoid in the future. This company may be on the pricier side but the quality done is far worth it. The quality of the job done is obviously apparent for this company. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing needs.

Your guys have done an amazing job on updating our kitchen and two bathrooms, and the work is always solidly done. After having many issues with the work of other plumbers, our new sinks and faucets are working beautifully! Thanks Tory and Derrick!

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Mr. Rooter- specifically our plumber, Tyler Beer. He was super knowledgeable, answered all of the questions I had and went way far above and beyond to help me finish up a shower project I’ve been working on.

The team who showed up we polite, friendly, professional and explained everything to me before they did the work and then gave me clear results when they were done. Cleaned out the clogged drain and then let me know the work had a warranty too! I have never had a bad interaction with this company.

I didn’t know who to choose when I couldn’t get my regular guy, who couldn’t respond for a week.
So I picked Mr Router. 117 years is a long time to be in business. With a 4+ rating.
They promised a next day service but when they finished a job close by they took were able to get to me the same day.
I don’t know if it would have been cheaper but I didn’t have time when my kitchen sink was plugged up.
50’ later it was running better than before.
I will take the advice of the technician who said “don’t treat your garbage disposal as a blender!”

Derick and Tony did an amazing job and were very quick they were very polite and informative and got the job done I a timely manner! I appreciate them they replaced a main water valve for me and we are appreciative!

Quick response to a leaky situation at a rental I own. Mr Rooter was the only company I could get to actually answer the phone on a Saturday afternoon. Mark made short work of the job and left a great impression on my tenant and myself. Kudos to the support staff as well. I know who I'll be contacting for any future plumbing needs.

I wish we didn’t need services here but since we have utilized them *several* times now, my husband & I found they do a great job! (Thankful I don’t have to deal with this type of hands on work.)
