We've worked with a few of the team members at Plumb Zebra and every single one of them have been outstanding. I'm so impressed with the professionalism and their work ethic. They show up when they're suppose to, & follow up to make sure we are happy with the work. Our bathroom remodel was due to an insurance claim, and I'm just so thankful that our contractor uses Plumb Zebra for the plumbing/bath install component because that part has been the easiest piece of the puzzle due to Plumb Zebra. We had such a great experience with Plumb Zebra helping us turn a basement laundry room into a bathroom/laundry combo. They were great about scheduling and we are so happy with the finished product. The staff are so professional and responsive. We are very satified customers!

I have used this company twice now and will also use them again on another project that needs to be done. They were able to show up quickly, notified me when they were on their way and Both times the workers were respectful, courteous, and let me know everything that needed to be done. Brandon, especially was neat tidy and cleaned up after himself perfectly.

Plumb Zebra is awesome. We used them once to replace a toilet we had removed and they were quick to get us on the calendar and quick to get it done. With the super low temperatures this past week, we had a pipe freeze and we didn’t see any bursting or leakage, but it was behind the shower wall and we were worried there could be a small crack/leak. Plumb Zebra was the fastest to come out (I’m still on a waiting list for another plumber and haven’t been called yet to make an appointment…), and the gal who helped me with scheduling was extremely nice and helpful. Brandon and his partner (can’t recall name so sorry!) came and looked, and educated us on how pipes freeze, showed us what to keep an eye on, gave us ideas for how to prevent the freezing in the future, and were so friendly with us and our dog. It was a quick visit but we got done what was needed and more. I highly recommend!! They’ll be our first go-to the next time we have a plumbing need.

PlumZebra, were able to come out quickly to address my burst pipe, repaired in 1-1/2 hour. Cleaned up the debri from the repair, drywall and insulation. Other plummers stated a week wait to come out. Te price was great, even got the senior discount! PlumZebra earned their stripes!!!

My wife and I have had a pesky leak that we were dealing with for a while and went through a few plumbing companies to try and fix the leak without much success. Our house decided to plague us with some plumbing hiccups. After hearing great things about Plumb Zebra, we decided to give them a shot. And oh boy, we’re glad we did!

Our first call was picked up by Andrea, the project management guru. She was friendly and professional, making sure she understood our problems while fitting the fix-up into our jam-packed schedule.

Then Kayla, the scheduling whiz, kept us in the loop about when to expect the plumbing cavalry. She was on top of things, ensuring we knew exactly when Ian and Jagger would be knocking on our door.

Now onto the main event: Ian and Jagger, the plumbing duo from Plumb Zebra. These guys arrived right on time with a friendly wave and a toolbox ready to tackle our issues. Ian was quick to suss out what was going wrong, explaining things to us in a way that made sense. At the same time, Jagger was laying out a plan to fix the issues. They shared a good camaraderie and divided the tasks among themselves like a well-coordinated team, attacking the problems from different angles but with the same goal in mind.

Watching them work together was like seeing a tag team making quick work of what seemed like a plumbing nightmare to us. They shared laughs, exchanged high-fives after sorting each issue, and made sure we were comfortable with the work done.

In a nutshell, Plumb Zebra turned what could've been a stressful ordeal into a hassle-free experience. Between the seamless coordination by Andrea and Kayla, and the tag-team action of Ian and Jagger, our plumbing woes were sorted before we knew it. Now we’ve got a go-to plumbing service and a fun story to tell. Hats off to Plumb Zebra!

We are extremely happy with our experience working with Plumb Zebra. We had an estimate done on Tuesday and the work completed by Thursday! This company is responsive, efficient and priced fairly. We had water pressure and temperature issues in our 1990s home, plus needed a toilet replacement. The work done resolved the issues. I even received a call from Scott the following day, ensuring the problems were fixed and to make sure we didn't have additional concerns. Thanks Scott, Nate and Amber for your help!

We had plumb zebra replace our water heater and main valve, they were very knowledgeable, respectful, fair priced and scheduling was very timely! Defenitly will be using them in the future and recomending plumb zebra!

I have now had to use plumb zebra a few times. They have helped us twice for urgent issues. One was my business and the other my home. We also have rental properties and I know the management company has called them as well. Every time they have been professional, timely, reasonably priced, honest and up front. They are my go to now for plumbing issues. They mention preventative repairs and modifications as well to make things easier and more affordable in the long run. Each service tech that I’ve met had been friendly and competent! I know how impt it is as a business owner to share positive experiences with businesses because most ppl only want to vent when they are mad, which can make a great business look bad. Cole helped identify and fix a leak in my bathroom plumbing that could have cost thousands of dollars to repair had it gone unnoticed. They also brought my bathroom drain up to proper code. They are honest and very hard working- exceeded all my expectations! I cannot recommend their team enough. Choosing them is a no brainer.

PZ exceeded our expectations by coming to our house the same day to fix a leaking bathroom sink. The 2 gentleman were polite and professional and resolved the issue in short order. I would recommend PZ and will use them again.
