First time buying industrial gasses of any sort . These guys really took care of me, answered all my questions and got me on my way with a full tank. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything in their field.
This place has to be the largest one in the area. They have a huge selection of just about anything needed for welding and many other areas. They even have a shop located just across the parking lot.
They have always had everything in stock that I have ever needed. Any type of tank you can think of, torch sets, welders, shielding gas and any part to fix any machine. Very polite and always happy to answer technical questions.

Great guys here! I went in for an Oxygen tank and regulator to use for my homebrew setup. Even though what I was asking for had nothing to do with welding, they didn't hesitate to help.They customized a regulator for me to fit the specs of my oxygenator and got me set up with a 20L ox tank. Definitely recommend these guys!

Great experience. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I felt like they had our best interests in mind even when something they had wasn't a good fit and they encouraged us to look elsewhere for it.

I was given some of the BEST service I have ever received in I don't how long of time.
My GF and I dealt with 3 different people over 3 days and I spoke to one man on the phone and April helped me when I went in.

Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and very helpful.

Im also a vet and I have PTSD so my GF helps me by checking places out first because lets face it, most businesses aren't operating as well as what I seen with Oxarc this past week.
Once I have a feel for the business I either move forward if attitudes are good or find another business if the attitudes are bad.

One thing that's been lost in today's world is the customer service of yesteryear.. Back then the customer was ALWAYS right! Even IF they were wrong. Businesses competed with each other on who had the best customer service.

I hope Oxarc continues this great customer service business model. It helped me more than I can explain.

They usually have a good inventory of parts so always my go to place for welding supplies.

Toured the store and conference/training center. Store had a comprehensive supply of welding supplies and a knowledgeable staff. Conference and training center was very "state of the art" if you are looking to host a training or orchestrate and online session. Recommend checking both out.

Excellent service. Took in a 2nd hand welding helmet bought at a pawn shop and they serviced it and showed me how to use it ( Auto darkening ) as if they sold it to me.
