I want to thank Luke and Marlena for taking extra good care of me and taking the time to explain how my replacement insoles work. They provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys! I highly recommend seeing them.

First off, just want to mention Marley and her helpfulness, knowledge and friendliness. She deserves 5 stars all to herself! I have had my insoles for over 1 month now. I am a nurse and spend long hours on my feet. I was becoming almost desparate about my foot and leg issues. Just happened to walk into the Good Feet Store and Marley urged me to sit down for a fitting. So glad she did! It is helping me so much. Foot pain, knee pain and restless legs! All much much better and improving or completely gone. The insoles are an investment but will save me $ in the long term as I won't keep buying shoes trying to find comfort. Marley is awesome! When I first visited the store, I had burning and pain in my feet and legs. It was difficult to walk. Also, the arches in my feet were almost nonexistent. By my second visit, the burning and pain are gone, and my arches are developing. Marley is knowledgeable, cares about her customers, and listens to what is being said to her. If you are having feet and leg pain, I highly recommend visiting The Good Feet Store. The investment is well worth it. Thank you, Marley!

The difference truly is night and day. Although it was out of my price range for the time being even with the payment plan, I fully intend on going back once my financial situation gets better. Marley was super kind and I appreciate how she really seemed to care about how I felt

I had plantar fasciitis and foot pain. Note HAD. The inserts and guidance for use I received changed my life. My feet feel great, I no longer have the pain and can stand for hours with out my feet hurting. If you work on your feet or stand most of the day, I highly recommend getting these inserts. It will change your life. Even if you have the smallest amount of foot pain, I would highly recommend trying these inserts for support. Thank you, Luke and Marley for you knowledge and guidance.

After two major motorcycle accidents, and two knee surgeries on left knee, I thought I may have to give up riding. I have been suffering with chronic foot , knee, hip and low back pain. I work as a machinist and stand in one place on cement for hours everyday adding to the pain. My weekends became a 48 hr recovery period.

I was watching TV and saw an commercial featuring Micheal Robinson and he makes a statement "they work". This made me think about my quality of life, so I Scheduled an appointment roughly a month ago.

The appointment: I didn't know what to expect. I met with Marley and was fitted for insoles and new boots and shoes. I didn't realize how my balance was affected by my fallen arches. It is directly affected. Everthing is starting to make sense, thanks to how Marley explained how things should work, if I followed the schedule and directions.

A month Later and I will tell you, I have my Balance back, and most of my pain is gone. All I can say put in the effort and follow instructions you should see results.
Ask a lot of questions they are happy to answer and help. Guess I won't be giving up riding anytime soon!!

Happy Feet = Full Life! For years I’ve relied on Good Feet to give me the support my feet and knees wanted; yielding multiple backpacks through the bottom of the Grand Canyon, to the upper reaches of the Cascades and Wallowa Mts and over rocky river bottoms while fly fishing ID and New Zealand. Just got my latest adjusted set. Kristin did an exceptional job of figuring out the new width and length my 77YO feet needed. Since getting the new supports I’ve had several Very Comfortable days in the gym , around the yard and detailing cars. Service (& product) at Good Feet has always been Exceptional! Worth Every Penny!

Kristen at the spokane valley location is a exceptional associate and was so helpful with every question I had, in addition, she is a very caring and compassionate woman and was very easy to talk with. My feet feel 10 years younger at this point.

I had no idea what to expect walking into this store. I was surprised by what I found- individual little consultation areas. They asked if I had an appointment(I did not) but they were able to handle me almost immediately as a walk-in. Kristin walked(haha) me through the information and demonstrated how the supports worked with a few short exercises, and I was amazed. I could immediately tell the difference between my before and after. When I walked into the store, my right hip had a deep chronic pain, and by the time I left the store, it was completely gone. Since having the inserts, the stiffness in my feet has disappeared. I no longer hobble around due to stiff sore feet after sitting for long periods of time- I can be stuck at my work desk for hours. And I'm still in just my first week of having the inserts! That is how quickly this change has occurred for me. I am looking forward to living a healthier life now that it's easier to get around pain free. I texted Kristin on day one and said "I had a good feet day!" My feet felt so normal I was laughing and couldnt understand it. Do yourself a favor and try these supports if you have joint pain and stiffness.

I went to the store Monday 12/11/23 Chris was the Best sells person very friendly and helpful. I didn’t know what they could do for me but my kids said they would help with my walking. They did!!!! I can’t believe how much better my balance is no pain in feet, leg's, hips or back!!!!! I LOVE my Good Feet System!!!

Great first experience with Marley at the Spokane store. Very thorough and knowledgeable. She also has given excellent follow up service checking in to see if I had any questions or issues. The cost is a long term investment and reminder that your feet carry you in life. Best care needed for the long term. Pain in walking is no fun.

Luke and Marley are super amazing. I went from pain and numbness in my left foot and after wearing my arch supports from no pain and my numbness is gone as well. My right knee I was having pain in has also subsided as well. I give great thanks to all the help from them both.

I had tried everything else, and nothing helped!! My feet would hurt, and I'd be in so much pain after working an 8 hour day on concrete. I got the temporary arch supports and can now work a 40 hour week without pain. Thank you Good Feet!

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and informative on the process its going to take to make my feet stop hurting. It's a process I'm willing to invest in. I walked into the store hobbling in pain and walked out of the store a little sore but able to stand taller and in a lot less pain.

Not only does the Good Feet Store help with foot pain tremendously, but they also have some really incredible employees at this location. They really go above and beyond what is expected and I’m very grateful for their compassion. Thank you for everything, Luke and Marlena!

Have had chemo and radiation from cancer, then a stroke, then a fall and broke my back in 1 1/2 yrs. Unable to regain balance and find relief from back and leg pain. These shoes have assisted me in regaining my balance and lessening pain! Wow. Making progress! Thank you, Kristin🥰

So, so as of current client, I couldn’t be more pleased, and so free of foot pain, especially with what was going on prior to me coming in there it was worth every penny I spent, and I’m already like I said doing great and I feel like my feet are getting what they needed for a very long time, so I was very happy to write this review because I think it would make a world of difference if you would consider yourself worthy and deserving of having things that are underneath your feet in your shoes and make any shoes comfortable and just so much more than I can do and I don’t think about it and it hasn’t even been a week and I’ve already seen results so pleased if you read this, get your behind into that store and have them help you out, it’s worth like I said every penny And aren’t you worth investing in anyway I’m so happy that stores like The Good Feet Store are there for us consumers anyway, take care and I love my feet

I apologize for the length of this review but so much to say!

I work in health care so I am on my feet for 8-12 hours a day. Every pair of work shoes would get uncomfortable very quickly. I had to buy Dr Scholls insoles for every new pair of shoes and had a box of 20 old ones from prior shoes. My left hip and both knees hurt for years and I never knew why, plus I had foot pain from all shoes. I even went to a podiatrist who never solved the problem. Keep in mind I am not obese; I weight 110 pounds, so it can’t be blamed on weight. I looked around at all the strangers I passed, wondering if everyone’s shoes are uncomfortable like mine. My husband found the Good Feet Store in Spokane Valley and I made an appointment. Kevin explained the process and fit me into the lowest level of insoles. I will admit, there was sticker shock at the $1500 prices tag. Forward to a month later: I was SHOCKED that all my pain was gone and it was related to my feet. The system builds the arch muscles back up that have fallen over the years. Most people have foot growth and women experience this during pregnancy. This is arch fall which extends the toes out. And often times people go down a size or half when their arches strengthen back up. Anyway, how much is no pain and comfortable shoes worth? It surely is an investment but one I am so happy I made. The insoles are guaranteed for life so the only additional cost are the rubber cushions that will wear out in 8 months. I have been wearing my insoles from the good feet store for almost a month now and I can definitely tell a difference. I would recommend this place to anyone and I definitely have told family and friends. I absolutely love that I can wear them with any shoes I want. My job entitles me to wear a lot of heals and they work so so great with them. A big Big thanks to Katrina and her store manager for helping us out and making our experience amazing!! Definitely left there with tears in my eyes.

Josh and supporting staff at the Spokane location of The Good Feet Store did a fabulous job fitting my feet for orthotics and for educating me on the correct usage. I am cautiously optimistic that my foot pain is going to be a thing of the past! Thanks Josh.
