Joe is incredibly knowledgeable of usps and their process. Shawn was also really helpful in trying to track my package down. Both super helpful and detail oriented in their work!

Supervisor and clerk went out of their way to help me find my lost package. When they were unable to, the info they provided helped me get the company to send a replacement! Thank you!

With the stressful time of the holidays the clerk did an outstanding job expediting long lines at the post office. Most people are understanding but you will always have those who refuse to understand. Hang in there, your doing an amazing job

This post office has redeemed itself over the past couple of years. I gave them a generous three stars back then because of a couple negative situations.

Recently I had a couple good experiences with the postal clerks going above and beyond their expected duties to help me. An internet seller sent me an item with my name but an incorrect address.
Thankfully I had a tracking number and presented it to the clerk. She said it would be looked out for and held at the post office for me to pick up. They did what they said they were going to do. It took an extra three days arriving on a Friday evening due to problematic weather.
They ended up delivering it on Saturday so I didn't have to wait for it any longer. That saved me precious time. Time that is priceless.

Then awhile after that I missed a signature required delivery for a package. Normally it is required to wait until the next day to pick up the package. I called the post office since I had their direct number. The first time they helped me they gave a card with the phone number on it. Without that its a pain in the butt to find a direct number to the post office going through the one eight hundred number. The clerk told me to call back about thirty minutes before close to see if the delivery driver made it back early enough for me to get my package.
I called back and she said it was there ready for me to pick up and offered to help me after they close with getting my package incase I was not able to make it before then. I was able to make it so I didn't have to interrupt the clerk trying to close up the building.

Its the little things that matter most to me. They actually make me feel like they care about the customers there now. Great job on the customer service and a two thumbs up ladies!👍👍🙂 You deserve a raise in pay. Good help is hard to find.

Christy assisted me in recovering a misdelivered package and I am so grateful for her dedication alongside everyone in the USPS, including the carrier who made it happen. Thank you so much, this service was excellent and so so appreciated!

Most of the quasi-Gov employees here are Super Wonderfull. Not including Trump's Postmaster DeJoy who Has slowed down the mail right up to and beyond NOV 3, 2020 !
