I rented from Kiemle Hagood over 30 years ago! I had a really good experience. This was about the time the old school renting companies were around like Goodale & Barbieri, Alvin J Wolfe, Cedar Property Management, to name a few! These folks were so awesome to deal with...my heart breaks that not more of these businesses exist b/c they were honest, respectful, kind, and just so easy to deal with. Today you have them scary ones that just seem to want to hurt🤕 people. I'm sad...it kills me that people coming here have no idea what kind of monsters they are dealing with but these that I have dealt with are safe and I don't believe they have become aggressive yet. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone!

I have to say he was not only polite but vary knowledgeable of his job and the market I work for a competitor so it was great to see this. I was walking around brown's edition with a friend who lives at espanola oak and they had a work order that Ben has been taking care of she said he was vary nice and informative of the work he does and I can attest from speaking with him his customer service is unparalleled. I have not met many maintenance men or women who are as professional and passionate as he is he spoke highly of you so I felt compelled to leave this review again great job on cultivating such great talent

Since they have taken over our apartment life has been so much better and Kelly is AMAZING on top of things and always has time to lison even when she is bizzy I have had rented few different places in my life but as of right now KELLY IS THE BEST MANGER I HAVE HAD cannon ball apartments

I've lived in a Kiemle Hagood property for over a year now. Recently I reached out to my manager and asked if I was able to transfer to a bigger apartment and he made it happen. I couldn't be happier with my new bigger apartment.
