My back tire went flat (sharp rock) while working today and I desperately needed it repaired so I could go to work tomorrow.

Les Schwab in Lake Stevens got me in immediately. Fixed my tire put my spare and the tools back into my trunk. Then they didn't charge me anything. Nothing. Absolutely free.

Courteous, professional, and they really saved me. Over the decades, Les Schwab has never failed me.

Excellent customer service!

Tire repair is free, even if you are not a previous customer or if you didn’t purchase your tires there. If the tire is not repairable and you end up replacing with them. The warranties are amazing, and all the services included with it are too, one example is free wheel rotations for the remaining life of the tire, and that’s just one of them. Also, the customer service is out of this world, thank you for keeping this dying art alive.

Alicia was so helpful. Had stopped to see if they could help with leak on front passenger tire. She was so pleasant and helpful as I work in healthcare and rarely get pleasant people anymore. I truly appreciate 🙏 her being so helpful and kind.

Thank you for the tire repair today! We had a stressful time trying to get our tire repaired because every tire store in the region was booked up due to the impending storm, and as a result there has been a lot of waiting to be seen. We took the tire to a competitor down the road and was told the tire isn't repairable and wanted to sell us 4 new tires because they don't carry the same brand provided by Les Schwab (less than 10k miles on the tires). I called the Lake Stevens Les Schwab and Alycia said they would do their best to take a look at it and get us on our way. 60 min later we're back on the road with a repaired tire (it was only a screw). Thank you!

Les Schwab has always been good to us. From flat tires to worn breaks. Today though they were nice enough to let us use their building for a a Christmas lights cruise and collect toys for tots.

They did a nail fix and patch in one of my tire right before christmas completely free. Awesome and friendly staff, thank you!

Came in for a tire pressure check and the technician found 3 nails and an additional leak. He was able to get it fixed quickly and had me out the door without too long of a wait time. Every time I’ve come to this location they have all been so nice and helpful. This time I noticed how they actually run out (or walk with purpose) to greet you just like the commercials! I’ve never experienced this before so it’s very interesting. They got things done efficiently and I appreciate that.

Thomas is the man. He helped me with my truck yesterday. Was very professional. And most of all didn't overcharge me for something I didn't need. I just started working again and know I would have gotten taken for way more money elsewhere. He knew much more about cars than just brakes and tires and you can tell. From the get, I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Thomas.

I called to see if I could get a slow leak fixed in a tire. I'm having some family health issues and mentioned that my time was limited due to that. They had me in and out within less than 30 minutes. I felt very cared for by them and it was so appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this location of les schwab, they truly went above and beyond to meet my limited amount of time.

Tires, we've all got to have them. I trust Les Schwab and the products they offer me. Plus the fact that there door is always open, truly. I've relied on that open door a few times in my life and they have come through. Rain or shine, snow or slush, I feel safer in my car knowing my tires are from Les Schwab

Got 4 new tires in about an hour. Good tires, good price and good service. Wendy's is close enough to get dinner while I waited.

With one exception (over 10 years ago that they remedied) I have always had great service here. They are usually pretty quick and happy to answer questions. Service can take a while but I don't usually see an open bay and everyone looks busy.

Excellent customer service, I went in 1hour before close with 2 slow leaks in my back tires. They took care of it for me free of charge in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Les Schwab team keep up the good work. 👍

Amazing service. 9 times out of 10 I got here there’s no charge. I’ve had nails in my tires, rocks in my breaks, and it’s always complimentary. When I need tires, I don’t even hesitate, this place and company are the best.

The free popcorn is great too.

My tire pressure light wasn’t turning off even after several attempts to reset it, so I brought my car in at 5:45 pm on a Friday on my way home for a quick tire pressure check. Aaron, I believe, went ahead and checked the pressure, as well as the sensor, on each tire, and was able to show me that one sensor indeed had failed. Without hesitation he offered to replace the sensor, even though they closed at 6:00 pm. I greatly appreciated his willingness to fix the problem, and not let their closing hour dictate whether or not my issue was resolved. The team worked quickly, and I was out of their at 6:01 pm. Thanks, again!

Les Schwab has always helped us with any tire problems we have had when traveling anywhere in the PNW. They have always done this without hesitation and with customer focus (even with tires not purchased from them).

We have used the Lake Stevens shop for tires and brakes a few times over the past 15 years or so and have always had great service. Recently I put a set of winter tires and new wheels on my new driver's car at the Lake Stevens location. The folks there were very helpful discussing tire types for our winters and wheel choices for her car. They have a good selection of both at various prices.

The main reason that I chose Les Schwab is because they have many locations and based on my experience, I know that if my new driver has any problems that she can go to any Les Schwab Tire Center and they will be helpful. She loves her car's new tires and wheels and I am comfortable knowing that she will find a supportive staff wherever she goes.
