Love this gym. It is 24/7 access which is nice for people who work crazy schedules and have busy lives

I am very impressed with this gym. It is clean, well maintained and has every machine you need to achieve a full body workout. It has 6 or 7 treadmills, 2 bikes, several ellipticals and two big screen tvs Infront of them all so you can catch your favorite show while you get your cardio in. It has a free weight area with plenty of dumbbells and several benches. The thing that I love most about this gym is that it is open 24/7 so my workout never conflicts with my work schedule. I highly recommend this gym. Give them a call. Get a tour. See for yourself.

Lifetime Fitness is the best & has changed my life! They have amazing instructors that are very supportive & willing to go the extra mile to help you if you put forth the effort to help yourself. Friendly environment & many different classes to fit whatever workout you’re looking for. Come & check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Some people think the place is a bit dungeonesk but I beg to differ, I think it's awesome! I love a gym that is unique and not your typical one floor everything in one room gym. The CrossFit area is pretty bad mamma jamma too. 24 hour access and a wide range of workout equipment is pretty cool.

Nice clean place the people are great just wished they had more squat racks but none the less I can still do any work out I want.

24/7, never too crowded unless it's like 9 am ish
