I was having a rough day and dealing with a tire that had a slow leak couldn’t have made it any better. But, Devin helped me and ensured I got the necessary help I needed. My day even became better because He ensured that my tires got replaced and blade wipes were replaced at an affordable price. His service was top tier and I would highly recommend him for anyone. I felt listened to and my car was well serviced. I intend to become a regular customer. If anything May God bless the work of the hands of the people working here and taking care of people like me who get highly anxious with tire services or anything car related practically.

Loving my new Michelin tires from the Lakeway Discount Tire location. Fantastic customer service and I have always been well taken care of at this location for the past two decades. Life is in the hands of these skilled technicians who help me select the best tires and do a phenomenal installation job. Really dedicated team and Justin was the point person for me on this last visit. I have not veered from Discount Tires in almost two decades for good reason. These guys are the best in the area. Thanks so much to this location and the business that emphasizes customer service and technical mastery.

Discovered a BIG, gnarly bolt in my tire, and Justin got me in quickly. Walked over to Woods Coffee to work, and had barely gotten plugged in before they called with an update that the hole was too big to patch. It was about time for new treads anyway, so they set me up with new tires at a good price. Always hurts to have to fork out for a new set, but they eased the pain (thanks, Ashley!). Very happy with the service and the team. Also like the fact that it's a nationwide company that will handle the warranty anywhere; and that I can go in for free rotations.

I had a nail in my tire. When I got to the Lakeway Discount Tire, they were extremely busy and I had to wait two hours or leave it, which I did. I got a ride back after work and picked the car up with a with a brand new tire about 5:45 PM just before the 6 PM closing time. Since they are right next to Fred Meyer, I ran in for a couple of items. At 6:15 PM when I came out my tire was very low on air and almost flat. I decided to go back to Discount Tire in hopes that someone would be there to help me. The lights were turned off and everything was locked up. I decided to get out of my car and try knocking on the door in case someone was inside. Before I got to the door I noticed a guy out a few rows in the parking lot getting into his car and asked if he worked there. It was late. It was very busy all day, and this guy could have told me no. Instead, he told me yes, and he came back, opened the shop and fixed the damaged valve on the new tire. This was good old-fashioned excellent customer service! Hats off to you, Discount Tire, and your outstanding employee named Bret. Thank you so very much!

The efficiency they work on my vehicle always exceeds my expectations. I feel they put personal into taking care of me; it makes me trust bringing my car here!
There once was a mistake in wheel weight choice due to a miscommunication. Adhesive balancing weights were installed and I wanted clip on weights. I came back and they reinstalled everything and made it right on the spot! They will absolutely make sure you are happy. Discount Tire Lakeway prioritizes earning your satisfaction, not your money. I have a lot of respect for these guys. Absolute professionals! They know what they’re doing and they’re good at it!

Did a great job on my new tires. Tires + fees were competitive with Costco, and much better than Les Schwab for comparable tires. I noticed they have great team work at the location I went to. They split up the tires amongst 4 folks and got the new tires on very quickly. I was out in 20-25 minutes. Very convenient and worked out great because I had a meeting to get to. Great value and operation overall. Much appreciated 👍

Got a flat tire on our way down to Seattle from Canada and the lovely people at this location helped us out. Explained all the options and ended up plugging the hole for free. I felt really well taken care of and in the loop by Darin. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at this shop.

Adrian was extremely helpful as well as the manager in charge. They didn’t have the tires I ordered so they upgraded my tires at no extra charge to me. Everyone was very kind and deserves the upmost respect for everything they do. Thanks for always keeping your customers safe!

Words can not explain the kindness of the staff I was in a jam I had a nail in my tire that couldn't be repaired my spare was bad and flat , not to mention I was on my way to a wedding and on a time crunch. They gave me a free tire that was safe to drive on. I couldn't believe it. I started shaking, and I'm so grateful 🙏, thank you so much

We brought in a couple of decent tires to replace ones that got destroyed in the last snow storm. Was pulled out of a ditch and had to get pulled multiple times down the road before reaching a plowed road. We were on a tight budget and they not only replaced our donut tire that was bubbled and wire hanging out everywhere as 2 others were in the same shape but they got us higher quality tires designed for the winter and have much more tread on them. Almost brand new tires and still only charged for the disposal of bad tires and install of new tires with no extra charge for the tires themselves. They also stayed after store hours to make sure we got the car back to us that day. They went above and beyond and showed people still do care and will go the extra mile for others. They saved our butts in a horrible unexpected jam and an issue that was certain for disaster. Thank you guys very very much!

I needed my fair weather tires switched over to the winter tires. What I Really like about Discount Tires is that you can make And change appointments online. I wasn't sure how soon I would need my studded tires, so I made an appointment a weeks ago, and rescheduled it several times for various reasons.
They were super busy (their parking lot was Full, I got the last space.) I was glad I had planned ahead and wasn't a walk in. I really liked being able to pay ahead when I checked in so I could just get my keys when they were done.
The other nice thing was I could walk to a nearby shopping center and grab lunch, and do a little browsing.
They use a texting system that let's you know what stage your car is at ( starting work, car is done) so you know when to head back and aren't having to wait in a lobby full of people. Just tell them who you are, they give you your receipt and keys and you're on your way.

I have been twice and both times received impeccable service at great prices. Grateful to such a wonderful biz!

Bret is the real champ here! Picked up some wheels with my 4runner from Vancouver. Excellent service and everything is transparent (price, wait time etc.) can’t say any bad thing

Updated 12/27/23: I guess the Mini decided to pick-up another nail so Justin was more than helpful in having the issue rectified! He was very polite, efficient & professional! AND THEY STILL WON'T TAKE MY MONEY!! Initial experience: Beyond impressed! Between Zakee, Bailey, Ashley & the rest of the team, our experience @ this Discount Tire location was extraordinary! My wife brought her Mini Cooper Countryman in for a slow leak in the front tire and these folks not only fixed the leak FOR FREE, but they also treated our “baby” with care! Cannot recommend them enough! THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Discount Tire helped out big time when I needed a new tire after my old one had a gotten flat. They got me my new one and even walked over in the parking lot to help me install it when I didnt think It was fitting on correctly. They are AMAZING! Thank you guys! I'll be coming back soon to get my other new tires replaced as well

Really nice service. And also understanding. Ordered some tires and they were going to come in the next day. But my car got stolen that night. Long story short, the shop was in Everett, and I live in Bellingham they said I could do the refund up there so to make it easier on me. That really made my day. Thanks Again.....
