Fred Meyer Pharmacy

Been using the bakerview Fred’s pharmacy for 10 plus years and I’ve never once had an issue with them. They always fill scripts quickly if needed. They are always friendly. I have been to other pharmacies just once and had more issues in one experience than 10 years going here.

they eere the only pharamacy who had my sons' medicine out of ALL the pharamacys in Bellingham.

Natalie in the pharmacy is a lifesaver! She always provides extraordinary customer service and is so patient with any billing/insurance questions that I may have. This pharmacy seems super busy any time I come but she's never rushed or rude. You guys are my preferred pharmacy for a reason!

They have, and continue to, go over and above to be helpful with all my perscrption needs. Have just switched all my records from a once local grocery chain that can't figure out if they are in or out of business to Fred's. Thanks to all your staff for Five Star Service.
UPDATE 2/1/2018...Went in to pick up a prescription last night. My insurance refused to pay what they are paid to take care of. I really needed to utilize the product and opted to pay out of pocket. Would have been just about $100.00. The pharmacist took it upon himself to call around and find what discount pharmacies would charge via internet sales. He reduced the cost to match that figure and saved me over $65.00. He did not have to do that, I didn't ask him to, this is exactly why I utilize them. THANK YOU !!

The most helpful people you will ever meet. They have really gone out of their way to be helpful over the years. It may look like a big chain, but the pharmacy is very professional and if you give them a chance to solve your issue - I believe they will do so as much as possible.

Every pharmacy worker (from pharmacists to assistants) I've ever dealt with at this store has been exceptional. I truly can't say enough good things about the personnel in the Fred Meyer W. Bakerview pharmacy!

**Review of Staff - not corporate** I know they're having difficulty with staffing & operational consistency, because corporate doesn't pay enough - but that's not the fault of the employees. The employees are always friendly & helpful. They've gone out of their way for me on 4 separate occasions to a pretty significant degree.
Be patient, the pharmacies are squeezing them hard on not enough pay or staff / way too many appointments / not enough training or support, etc. They make not even close to enough to live on in whatcom county (I aksed) while corporate is raking in billions on pharmacy services. any grievances with operations should be taken up with the company, not the people they under-pay. The staff are always really kind.

The majority of the staff at this pharmacy are friendly and helpful, usually wait time 10-25 min. The few times that I have had to call I got help right away and was treated kindly.

I really like Fred Meyers. I've been shopping here for over 15 years. The only reason why I have a four-star is because sometimes some of the cashiers,pharm tecs do not help with coupons when I think they should or use member # for someone that needs one. ,Also if cashiers always helped find coupons for meds in pharmacy & other items, it makes the world a difference !! To have someone help you that way keeps people coming back. Has earned my loyalty. They have kind friendly staff . Pharmacy that's been servicing my family for years. But I wish their drive-thru would open up again!! That is why a four star .But I know that has to docovid,latch of staff. Fred's has great sales. Love the app.Also the pick up service is awesome 👍😎 Thank you Fredmeyer!!

Easy to pick up prescriptions before or after shopping! Some wait time on occasion.
