Let's face it, no one likes going to the dentist. When you're looking at having all your teeth pulled, bone grafts done and then having screws put in to hold your dentures in place (implants) the whole thing can be scary!! I can't praise the team at Chehalis Dental Care enough. From the receptionists who are always bright and cheery, to Dr Bui who did my surgery and teeth extractions, to my amazing Dental Assistant Dani who has held my hand through the process...everyone has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and feel like a family member, not just a patient. They explain everything until I understand, sometimes having to repeat themselves and never act like I'm bothering them. I would not, and could not, continue this procedure without each of them. If you've had bad experiences like I have please give Chehalis Dental Care a shot. You will love them. And my dentures are amazing!! You wouldn't know they are dentures unless I told you. Of course I'm telling everyone though because word of mouth and a great set of teeth are the best referrals Chehalis Dental Care can get. Love you guys beyond words!!

Excellent Office! We've recently moved down from the Federal Way area in Seattle and were anxious about finding a good dentist in the local area. This was my first time having work done, and the folks there were great!! I can definitely recommend this office to anyone wanting first class dental services.

I am SO thankful for Dr. Downing and his staff. I have gone to Dr. Downing for multiple procedures and I have always been greeted with nothing but professionalism from Dr. Downing and his staff.

One of my biggest fears is going to the Dentist. I am always so nervous before every visit. Dr. Downing always puts me at ease because he takes the time to explain the procedures to me in detail. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and sensitive to my concerns. His chair-side manner is so impressive and exactly what I need. If you experience anxiety before your dental visit and you are looking for someone who is kind, caring and gentle … I would highly recommend Dr. Downing. I personally will never go to other Dentist.

On a side note, I also appreciate the cleanliness of his office, bathroom, and waiting area. It’s nice to go to dental office that is well taken care of.

I just moved to this area and began seeing Dr. Downing. I had my teeth cleaned and Lori was great! The whole office was very friendly and since I had already taken the day off of work to come to the Dentist. They offered to see me that day to do my crown so that I didn't have to take anymore time off. They actually ended up working through their lunch and had a great attitude the entire time. I will definitely be back!

Love the clean and bright office, coffee , cookies and oh yes the great and gentle work they do on my teeth. Dr. Downing and staff always have a plan for my needs. I really like the gentle cleaning done twice a year for me. I am grateful for the work they are doing in our area to help others. Modern and up to date on the latest procedures.

Amazing dentist and friendly office staff! I was able to get in right away and have a bad tooth removed and I barely even felt them working on my mouth. They also did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Would recommend them to anyone!-Sheila Hawkins

Dr Downing is not just a dentist he's an artist. His work is outstanding. He, the hygienists and the secretary's are so kind and accommodating. I would recommend him to everyone.

You always hear people saying they don't want to go to the dentist because of bad experiences, but when I go there it is a good time, we laugh and joke and they make you feel like part of their family. I give them a hard time and I get it back. LOL

Great place -- clean and modern and they know their stuff. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Having a crown done -- painless and quick. That's the way I like it!!

Excellent dental care. I miss the old staff, but understand that the previous dentist retired and things change.

Prices are good. Vary friendly because its family and local business. Great place to build a history with for long term care.

The staff is prompt, friendly, but professional. The service and patient care is excellent.

I was a 20+ year patient of Dr. Linblad. I love the man almost like family and wish him the best in whatever it is he is deciding to do now. I was skeptical of the new doctor that took over the practice but trusted Dr. Linblad's judgment on who he had take over the practice. The time came that I needed to schedule a cleaning for my two children ages 8 and 5. The new website said they were open less than 40 hours a week now. I called to confirm their new office hours (because they used to have evening appointments) and the receptionist sounded annoyed at my question. She said they were working on expanding to longer hours soon. I tried to schedule my children’s cleanings on Spring Break so my children wouldn’t miss school and was told that the Doctor was on vacation that week. So we scheduled the cleanings for a different time. I was under the impression that both children would have their cleanings done at the same time (like one child per exam room). I also requested that the doctor be there for my daughters first cleaning so he can make sure her teeth are developing correctly. When my son has his first dental cleaning, Dr. Linblad double checked my son’s teeth and found an issue with his gums that would have caused issues with his adult teeth later on. We were able to fix the problem quickly. I wanted the same double check done on my daughter and told the receptionist so and was told that it was taken care of. We arrived at the office and everybody was pleasant and friendly. When we were called into the back room, I was told that only one hygienist would be doing both cleanings: My son first then my daughter. I was ok with that and let the cleanings proceed. The hygienist said my son needed four sealants on his permanent teeth and he has a cavity on one of his baby teeth. It was hard to tell when the tooth was going to fall out and she wasn’t sure if the tooth would need a filling or not – especially since it is a baby tooth and she wouldn’t want me to spend the money on a filling when the tooth falls out a week later. I asked her what the Doctor’s opinion of it was and was told the doctor was not in that day. She said when I schedule the sealants to be done, the doctor can look at the cavity at that time and determine if it needs a filling or not. I was not happy when I found out the doctor wasn’t even at the office that day. I told the hygienist my feelings about my daughter’s first dental exam and how I asked that the Dentist be at the office to double check everything. I was assured that the doctor looks thru every client file after the work is done and double checks the x-rays and will let me know if he sees any problems (which doesn’t cut it in my opinion). She also said I could bring my daughter back in when I bring my son in and have the dentist double check her teeth at that point. My daughter is 5 and has ADHD – the meds they have her on are not working very well. It is hard to get her to sit still, let alone bring her in when my son is having dental work done and be able to pay attention to what they are doing with him. I am no means upset at the hygienist. She was great with my children as she has always been in the past and did her best with my concerns. I am upset at the fact that my requests fell on deaf ears when I was scheduling my appointment. I am at a crossroads decision right now. School is out and I have to have sealants put on my son’s teeth. I don’t know if I want to go back or not. This has nothing to do money or cost of procedures, just customer service. I did not feel comfortable with the last service I received from the office – especially when it comes to my children.
