Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richfield, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend. The room was great, pretty clean, comfortable. Every staff member I spoke with was so nice and I really appreciated that after driving all day. Breakfast was great. I had my dog and there was plenty of areas to walk him. I didn’t want to get back in the car for dinner and there wasn’t much for options but there was options but if that’s my only complaint I think that’s great. I would definitely stay there again.

We reserved a room to stay en route from CA to CO. I didn’t catch their names but both night desk employees were friendly & helpful. The room was clean, beds & pillows were comfy & the breakfast was excellent. All employees that we came across were super friendly & it worked well with our pup. Thank you - We’ll stay here again, maybe on the way home.

Excellent, especially for the price point. We arrived late one night on our drive through UT. Renee was friendly and super quick at checking us in. We really appreciated the pet friendly rooms with a very reasonable charge (unlike some hotels who are really out of control on pet fees). Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Convenient off the highway, but still quiet even though we were in a room facing the road. Good selection at breakfast: egg white veggie eggs and fresh pancakes from the "pancakes machine" were great.

We were traveling with our pet and were pleased when we discovered this Holiday Inn was pet friendly. They did put us in a pet friendly room, which was nice but our dog smelled all the previous pets that stayed there and there was a slight odor, but that is to be expected. The room was clean otherwise, as was the entire hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had many options which was nice, including gluten free! The staff even helped set up a small surprise for us that morning as it was our anniversary, which was very thoughtful! If you are looking for a quick and convenient place to stay, I would recommend this Holiday Inn!

I've never wrote a review about a holiday inn... but I recommend this holiday inn if you're in between denver and vegas. Dillon J was very helpful and nice. I stayed at every hotel from denver to Vegas and this one was the cleanest and had the best amenities. Every time I'm on the road I try to book a room here. They have two huge dirt lots for hazmat drivers with tankers. There's patrols and diesel across the street at flying j. Once again shout out Dillon J for going out of his way to make me feel comfortable.

We stayed overnight at this Holiday Inn in Richfield Ut on our road trip to Las Vegas. The hotel was clean and the beds were really comfortable. It has a great breakfast as well. I recommend staying at the Holiday Inn in Richfield. The hotel is right next to the interstate, so there was some traffic noise.

Stayed 1 night passing through. Dog friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Good amount of breakfast options. Nice front desk. Plenty of parking. Always a pretty view

Beautiful hotel, it is obviously well taken care of. The staff was super friendly. Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is open until 11, which was nice because we arrived pretty late after traveling all day. During breakfast the attendant who kept everything stocked was also playing waitress and taking care of everyone's plates for them and offering to grab food items if they wanted more. She was very sweet.

The service is amazing here. We came for the annular solar eclipse and they had a welcome package of eclipse gum and Sun Chips which was very cute. The room was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were very nice. Would definitely recommend this place if staying in Richfield for any reason.

this hotel is so clean and nice I have a pet they only charged 20 pet fee. And the front desk lady Jane was so helpful when I accidentally tripped on the side walk. I would stay here again in the future !

Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Richfield, Utah is an outstanding hotel. The hotel staff is awesome. The rooms are great. The breakfast couldn’t have been better. The location is also great. Everything was very clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was very clean. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We checked in Friday night, at almost 11 pm, after a long day of driving. We were greeted by a kind, cheerful young gentleman, who made us feel very welcome with his fun humor and good conversation.

Middle of nowhere but love this place. I was on my way drive home to California with my senior dog. I chose this hotel since the Holiday Inn brand being my favorite wherever I visit. As soon as I checked in 🌧 pouring and become ice cube then turn in to heavy snow. Clean warm cozy room felt so relax, secure and safe. Morning outside view was so beautiful.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express multiple times for work. The service is always professional and friendly. The rooms are large and well kept. There are plenty of pillows provided with a choice of soft or firm. The beds are comfortable.
Amenities include plenty of outlets for electronics, a large television, microwave, Keurig, and refrigerator. A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
With a three drawer dresser, large closet, and shelving in the bathroom, there is plenty of storage for extended stays.
A standard breakfast is available in the morning. Choices include fruit, cereals, oatmeal, breakfast meats, omelets, and pancakes. There are typically fruit bars, pastries, bagels, toast, milk, and juice available as well.

One of the nicer hotels in the city, there are some real bad ones there. Its clean, new, everything works, and the breakfast was actually pretty good! I prefer to stay here when I am in town.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn. Staff and Rooms were nice and friendly. It is located close to the freeway so it was a little noisy, but I do live 3 miles down a dirt road so everywhere I stay is a little noisy. I love that they are pet friendly and have a great spot to take your furry family members. They also provide a good breakfast area that is clean and serviced by a great staff.

Excellent stay my dad and I had last night. The front desk check in was so simple and the attendant was very kind. The beds were SO comfortable!! I haven’t slept in a bed that comfy in ages. The hotel cleaners mentioned they just got all new mattresses. The rooms were spotless clean too. I used to be a huge fan of Hilton hotels but their quality has gone so downhill lately. Holiday Inn Express have been phenomenal and this one did not disappoint.
I want to recognize the breakfast attendant, Pam. She is so genuinely bubbly and caring. She came around and asked everyone how their breakfast was and if they needed anything. My dad wanted a plain bagel and all that was out was blueberry so she went in the back and opened a new bag for him. You can tell she takes excellent pride in her job. She was training a new staff and she is EXACTLY the type of upbeat and kind person that you want training a new employee. She has a heart of gold and needs to be recognized for it.

Great hotel, very beautiful! Super friendly girl at the front when we checked in. Close to the town. The jacuzzi was great, and the pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was definitely a plus in the morning. Rooms are super spacious, and beds are comfortable.

We use IHG Hotels and in particular Holiday in Express & Suites because they are well equipped, conveniently located, clean and staff are friendly. This location is close to the highway and in a nice town with all the amenities you need. I recommend this one if you are travelling I-15. Also, the breakfast is a nice touch when you are trying to get back on the road. We often took bagels and fixings with us for lunch stops.
