The insurance company estimated my repairs from photographs and bid it low. Bert’s made sure that the insurance paid for the complete and full repair. They did an amazing job and the repair was showroom new when they were done. They are as honest as they come. Fair warning, if you are looking to commit insurance fraud, keep moving on, this is NOT the body shop for you. This is national quality work with a small town atmosphere.

Another chipped windshield while heading on I-15 in Utah, the state of chipped and broken windshields, but Berts saved the day. Good customer service.

No helpful at all. My insurance company directed me to this shop. Employee I interacted with was a jerk. Nothing but argumentative. All he tells me "cant submit this to insurance". So I said I'll go somewhere else. As I'm getting into my vehicle, tries to keep arguing.

So I called my insurance company, they sent out another adjuster. Far more helpful.

Would not go here again. Rather drive to New York to see a shop over this one.
