Caleb & Cal made me feel like a rockstar & made learning to navigate my New Apple Watch ⌚ a breeze. I love that they had my favorite color in stock ~ it felt like a Huge Relief to Know My Cell service will travel with me as I work globally . After years of confusing bills, and slow customer support, I can get my Qs answered with a cheerful positivity.

We just moved our accounts from Verizon to T-Mobile. Falco, Zach and Sean (with and assist from Jose) worked to find the best plan and new phones for us. They were even able to recover data from my previous iPhone which had locked up after an update. They were professional, courteous and always willing to help.

Visiting this particular T-Mobile store was a truly exceptional experience! We went in with the intention of upgrading my husband's phone and were promptly attended to by Falco. His service was top-notch—efficient, professional, and friendly.

Falco not only made sure to quickly handle our needs but also took the time to thoroughly answer our questions. His dedication to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a simple errand into a remarkably pleasant encounter.

Thought my day was absolutely ruined when I dropped my phone trying to take a picture of the ducks on my run and realized I was going to have to go to the phone store and buy a new phone. But, the employees at T-Mobile yesterday made it my best phone store experience of all time (didn’t catch their names). Fast, helpful, and in good enough moods to help turn mine around. Thanks y’all

I love this store! I have to say, this was the only helpful thing mobile for getting a new phone and a great deal. Jade and Falco were amazing!!!! They were extremely helpful, fast and extremely good at their job! I would give 10 stars if I could. Those two are the superstars of that store. I HIGHLY recommend this specific store. The first one I went to the person did not have a good attitude. She seemed to just be annoyed. She was not helpful at all. This is why me and my mother ended up at this t-mobile. I am so so so serious, if you have the choice.... GO TO THIS STORE AND ASK FOR JADE AND FALCO!!! Thanks again guy's!!!

Zach gave us great service when we came in to replace our broken phone. Zach was patient, informative, and took the time to answer all our questions. We learned a lot about how the phone works. Plus we got a Watch! Thank you again for the fine service, Zach.

Came in to activate two phones and look at new iPhones after we spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with a rep who thoroughly confused us. Zac was extremely helpful and got us connected to T-Mobile and two new iPhones. He was very patient and helpful. We came back the next day and bought a mobile router and Jade was very friendly and helpful setting up the router and answering questions we had about our new iPhones. Definitely a great experience!

I recent had to return my t-Mobile 5G modem due to lack of coverage and bandwidth. I preferred to return the modem through UPS, but the t-Mobile customer service person said that I would have to return it to a local store. I went to my local store, explained the circumstances to a store clerk, and was told I would have to return it via a UPS mailer, or incur a “restocking fee”, which I thought was ridiculous. After another call to t-M customer service, they arranged to email me a UPS return label, and encouraged me to take it and the modem back to the same store, and they would handle it. Already feeling a bit frustrated and dubious about this new return method, I walked back to the store, where I was greeted by the Store Manger, Gabriela Daniels. Her professional demeanor, and honest “help the customer” approach was a redeeming value to me. She listened to my story about trying to return the modem, empathized with my journey (as apposed to the “mirandizing” I felt I got previously from another employee of the store), and the issue was quickly resolved. In these days of low expectations of good customer service, Ms. Daniels showed maturity, good training, and a “can do” professional attitude. T-Mobile should reward her for representing the best of the company’s ethos. Bravo Gabriela!

This review is long overdue. A couple of months ago -- out of the blue -- my phone stopped receiving text messages. I spent hours on the phone with T-Mobile support staff, then I spent hours in the local Lynnwood T-Mobile store (first waiting forever for my turn, then recognizing the guy had no clue how to fix the problem), and I spent hours on the internet asking, reading, researching - hoping I could find the solution myself since all the T-Mobile staff I encountered were baffled. I was on my way back from Canada -- still without texting capability -- and decided to drop in to this T-Mobile store in Bellingham. I explained the problem to Christina, a seasoned employee with tremendous expertise, and she fixed the problem in less than 3 minutes. I'm not kidding. When I asked her how she knew "the fix" while so many others didn't, she very humbly said "I've seen this problem before." What a champ! Maybe Christina should be the official trainer for T-Mobile service staff. Anyway, she's a lovely knowledgeable person, and honestly it may be worth the hour drive north if and when I run into another "baffling" problem. Thanks Christina!

Amazing customer service! Me and my daughter switched to tmobile and the process was a nightmare to transfer our numbers from our previous carrier. The manager and employee were both so incredibly patient and just wonderful. The entire process took almost an hour with one problem after another occurring and they both were positive and joking around. I'm so glad we went into the store because we never would have been able to accomplish this on our own. They made the experience great instead of frustrating. Thank you both!

Just wanted to update that we have now been back 2 times for additional help with upgrading phones and help with a warranty issue and the staff continue to be amazing and wonderful to work with. Ty guys sooo much!

Cal was really helpful in getting me set up with a new phone. I appreciated him walking me through the steps multiple times on how to go about sending in my old phone and getting my new one set up.

Gabriela the manager at the Sehome T-mobile store, demonstrated the willingness to use, a well known axiom, "Your reach should exceed your grasp" (Paraphrased), and I was the one that benefited. You are blessed to have her in your business as a manager especially since I've been frequently coming by the store requiring assistance with diverse problems regarding my Chromebook.
